My favorite moment is 100% Armin's Sacrifice to defeat the Colossal Titan , going on week thinking my man had died was one of the most heartwrenching experience I had to go trough as an anime viewer. Armin Takes my #1 spot easily.

My top 10 is definitely: 10: Eren's mom getting eaten. That moment is so important as the first episode and everything is done perfectly 9: Erwin's final charge. The man sacrificed himself when his life's mission was finally at reach. That speech marked me a lot, especially going through personal losses. 8: The Scouts rescuing Eren from Bertholdt. That was the first time the plot truly gave us hint of the Warriors story and all the combined efforts of the Scout with Erwin's gigantic balls lived up to the scale of that moment. 7: The Attack on Liberio. Eren and the scouts basically gave Marley its biggest beating ever and made them say thanks afterwards. It was a moment of genuine joy seeing the torture/genocide the Eldians endured being handed back to Marley. And it gets better because the story immediately puts you in doubt whether that was a good thing. 6: Reiner and Benny's reveal. Arguably the best example of building up tension in unexpected ways. The casuality of the reveal made my heart race so much. 5: Ymir's Story + The Rumbling: That episode summarized what 2000 years of slavery, pain and abuse looks like. In that episode, Eren enbodied the spirit of the Eldians and their desire to freedom, and the necessary violence that would be needed to reach that. 4: Declaration of War: I don't even have to elaborate why, it's just perfect. 3: Armin's sacrifice: That was a kid, a 14 year old letting go of his dream of being free because people he didn't even know existed thought he was a violent devil who deserves suffering. That hits hard. 2: Eren influencing Grisha. The expression of disgust, then anger, then pure hatred as Frieda talked about letting Eldians die. The way he was disgusted that their so called leader would think of their lives as disposable, as unworthy of living and of freedom. The manipulation of Grisha was impressive, but the depth of Eren's mindset was far more impressive to me. 1: Eren Kruger. What can I say? The man showed up for 2 episodes, changed the course of the entire fucking show, refused to elaborate on anything, had the most epic title drop of all time and fucking died

The Eren Kruger scene is really great. Just when you thought you've got all the answers, that moment happens and you're left with more questions. The music, the animation and the editing in this scene is so beautifully done. It's not my top 1 but I can understand why someone would put it there. And thank you, Nicholas. It was a great journey. My all time favorite moment in any show or movie I've seen is when Grisha sees Zeke at the end of 4x20. One of the main things I look for in a show (besides plot... obviously) is voice acting, and oh my god, did this scene go above and beyond. Grisha's voice constantly changing pitch and cracking as he apologizes to Zeke was one of the most emotional moments in the show for me. The fact that Zeke could do nothing but cry and say "father" was the perfect way to wrap up his character. Zeke got all that he's ever wanted from that one scene. In my opinion this whole episode is the best in the series and it's one of the very few that can make me tear up every single time I watch it.

My top 10:- 10) Eren's transformation in the first mission where they block the hole in the wall with a boulder. 9) Kenny's death scene, those words Kenny speaks at the time of his death have a huge impact. 8) Beast Titan speaks for the first time, where Mike dies (RIP). 7) Levi vs the female titan, the first time we get a glimpse of how badass Levi is. 6) Founder Ymir's tragic history and the war where she transforms. 5) Erwin's final speech and that charge uff. 4) Reiner and Bertholdt transformation, with that bgm it's top notch 3) Eren and Reiner's meeting in Marley and Eren's transformation. ( that scream of the attack titan is echoeing in my head 😬). 2) Eren's Founding titan transformation and the walls unharden. 1) Eren's Founding titan revealing in the final episode, shows how a boy who seeked freedom fights back against the world!!

I think my favorite moment will always be when Eren plugs wall Rose back in ep13 of season 1. Everything about that scene perfectly embodies what made season 1 so special back when it first came out. Marco, Ian, Mitabi, and numerous other scouts giving their lives just for the chance of giving humanity it's first victory against the titans. The animation of the Attack Titan carrying the boulder that is so much larger than Eren; how it parallels Atlas carrying the world on his shoulders, because Eren literally is carrying the weight of Paradis on his shoulders. The fact that it was the first time the song "Call your name" was played, which becomes a reoccurring song throughout the series. It was the first truly epic moment of the series and one that I hold such a fond memory of watching it all the way back in 2013, before we knew anything about the world of AoT.

One of my favorite moments in this show is one I feel like a lot of people overlook. Like you say, the action is one thing but the little moments are on another level because everything matters! (I promise no spoilers here) In my opinion one of the most IMPORTANT scenes is literally the night before the shiganshina mission, where Levi overhears Armin, Eren, and Mikasa talking, specifically Armin and his dream of the ocean. It's a scene that only seems like a heartfelt moment b/w friends but this tiny scene is key to a HUGE moment in AOT. Here is my reasoning! Erwin or Armin? I believe there are 2 explanations. Most people can make out the reason Levi didn't choose Erwin. The main explanation made was that Levi let his emotions take over. Erwin was the person he trusted the most, he said that himself. However, Levi and Erwin both came to terms with the fact he will die. Levi made a promise to him... not just any promise a FINAL PROMISE that he intends to keep. He couldn't bring himself to force Erwin back into the hell of life after he was finally free of the burdens he was forced to carry. Levi let his friend rest. That is the 1st reason. The second reason I feel is less in your face but just as important! I believe Levi lost faith in Erwin in a way. Throughout the entire episode leading to shiganshina Levi was shown to be very off. He was looking down, eyes covered, frowning. Different from his usual expressionless face... he seemed... sad, as if his mind was elsewhere. He just lost his uncle who he only just recently identified, along with his name, the job of the serum, etc. (Kenny's speech is also one of my favorite scenes lol). When levi confronted Erwin, telling him he should stay home, he asked him what he would do after his dream came true. Erwin replied he didn't know, confessing his dream of finding the truth was more important than humanity's survival. Here Levi saw that Erwin didn't have a plan but of course being himself, he trusted Erwin completely because he's never let him down. Now to the rooftop scene. When Eren starts to talk about the difference between him and Armin, about how Armin has a dream, this reaches Levi in a way that only if you are really paying close attention can you notice. Obviously Levi doesn't want to let Armin die, he is faced with an impossible choice. But the moment Eren mentions the ocean, you can see Levi's confliction. He is reminded of listening to Armin's hopefilled speech. He also understood they were both going through the same emotions. The possibility of loosing their best friend. Logically, it had to be Erwin but when Levi was alone we see his thought process. Hearing Kenny's speech of how humans are slaves, but it gets INTERRUPTED by Armin saying he believes there's more to the world... the sea. When Levi overheard him. However Levi has yet to let his emotions get the best of him... until Erwin raises his arm in a reflex. Erwin came to terms with death and went willingly, thankful of Levi. He didn't have more of a dream beyond the basement... he wasn't the one who will save the world, maybe not anybody in his own generation. But Armin had dreams bigger than that... bigger than survival, revenge, truth. He still had hope of beauty in the world. (Not saying Erwin didn't I miss him completely and if he was brought back he defiantly wouldn't be useless!) Here is where Levi 1: decided to let Erwin rest. But 2: Put his faith like he had in Erwin into Armin, the next generation that had dreams of their own that he heard with his own ears. So not only did this small scene impact Levi, but this decision was or almost was the most important event in the series. It's difficult to put some of them in my Top 10, but here it is: 10#) Historia remembers Ymir, rejects her father Rod Reiss and gives speech of "the worst girl in the world"; 9#) Eren saves Armin and get's eaten for the first time; 8#) Shinganshina attacked by Colossal Titan; 7#) Eren's head seperated from his body by Gabi's shot; 6#) Levi's fury against Abnormal that ate his 2 friends in No Regrets Part 2; 5#) Erwin's last speech; 4#) Reiner and Bertoldt reveal themselves; 3#) Eren activates the Rumbling, creates his version of the Founding Titan and says his plan to all Eldians; 2#) Eren Kruger mentions Mikasa and Armin; 1#) Eren brainwashes his father! And that's it! XD

One moment that people don't really talk about is in the second to last episode of season 1. It's when Eren is trapped under the rubble and transforms when he realises that he needs to let go of his humanity. It's actually a very important moment because it forshadows season 4 Eren in season 1.

The ones that instantly come to mind is the declaration of war, erens head being launched, eren manipulating his dad, reiner and berethold transformation, eren becoming the founding Titan, the final scene of season 4 of the titans obliterating everything, mikasa obliterating the yeagerists with floch going for his final shot and Levi vs Kenny. I just keep thinking of more absolutely amazing things though like the first Titan attack when berthold and reiner destroy the walls, eren dying and coming back as the attack Titan, and so many other scenes that are just phenomenal

One of the best scene for me is not one that is extremely epic with an insane fight scene or a big revelation/mystery. But it's defintly the table scene with Sasha's family and Nicolo. the theme of this scene is definitely the main theme of AOT. Everything that was developped before in the story is to convey the message of Sasha's dad in this scene. Later Magath do the same. Isayama is a great writer.

Here I'll be sharing my top moments or episodes (in a few cases) from the show in a sort of chronological order Eren's first transformation A very unexpected and masterfully played out scene with Mikasa having to fight two titans without her gear and her resolve to fight till the end... And then BOOM, that punch! Eren using the rock to block the gates in Trost District That whole episode was amazing, from goat Pyxis (or Pixis) to the Guarnison Corps' members dying left and right, and the soundtrack, and then suddenly there goes that sick Attack Titan with a boulder on his shoulders and smoke coming out of his nostrils... The Female Titans pursuit in the Huge Trees Forest All the tension in there, with Eren having to decide between trusting the Scouts or trusting himself, his dialogue with Levi, meanwhile the Female Titan kills everyone who comes across her. All this finally culminating in that tragic scene with Petra... oh, Petra, and the members of Levi squad being obliterated in a couple seconds... Petra's father talks about marriage Returning from that fruitless battle with the Female Titan, Levi finds himself listening to Petra's father confessing about her "crush" on him, and then talking about she being too young to marry... Levi's expression, I almost cried there, like almost almost. And Levi not even having her scout brochure because of that one stupid soldier... Ugh Eren's transformation to fight Annie There's not much to be said here, great scene, amazing VA, absurd soundtrack and animations. Lost girls OVA Annie being such a badass soldier and Hitch being relatable as ever. Reiner's and Bernard's transformation The moment that flag breaks... Oof, OG moment, peak tension and storytelling. Omg the silence throughout the review and then... YouSeeBigGirl!!! Gosh... I get chills every single time. Erwin's and the scouts' charge to rescue Eren Even when being bitten by a Titan and having his arm ripped off, he didn't stop motivating his soldiers. Charrrrge he said. And so they did. His massive balls were no obstruction to him when he finally aided Armin in saving Eren, all with one whole arm missing and bleeding. And that moment when Bertholdt almost cries from inside Reiner's hands... And the soundtrack! Beast Titan's appearance I still remember the shock and even fear I got when that badass mf showed up for the first time. Absolutely ruthlessly destroying humanity's second strongest soldier, Mike, and then trashing him up, with his words! The Coordinate Eren and Mikasa's moment, with Eren not giving up until the end, and then that punch, which did absolutely nothing but to launch a whole ass titan at his mother's and Hanner's killer, and then all those other titans going to eat it...great season finale. Levi vs Kenny Y'all know what this is about, peak animation and soundtracks, great job from the VAs. KEEEENNYYYYYYY! Kenny's death From his flashbacks to his speech, and the revelation of his blood relation to Levi. The serynge and "we are all a slave to something" hits hard. Scouts departing for Shiganshina Erwin steals the audience from his mere presence alone, but that Shinzou wo Sasageyoooo plus the shouts will never get old. Hype had never been higher, but much more was to come. Erwin's stare down Tell me that isn't one of the best scenes of this show. Reiner climbs up the wall, looks over to the left and feels instinctive fear of that absolute demonic presence that is Erwin. One eye is all he needed to scare the Armored Titan away. S3E16 Perfect Game Perfect Episode, more like. The situation is really, really bleak. There isn't much hope left, and then a shower of boulders coming flying at the scouts, obliterating them. At the same time, Eren is flung all the way up the wall by a 'serious kick' of the Colossal. When you think nothing could get worse, Reiner reappears as if nothing had happened just a few minutes prior. I honestly thought there really was no hope left. "This was an absolute defeat..." "Yeah, it would be a crushing defeat if we didn't have a way to beat them." "Are you saying... there is a way?" Erwin's last charge Erwin's speech was something else man, I literally cried of emotions when he spoke about his dead comrades and his dream being so close and yet so distant to him. Levi understands his commander really well, and the parallel to their previous conversation about ambition and fear culminates into the peak delivery that was "I will decide for you. Give up on your dreams and die!" The sheer fear on the face of the scouts was also crazy. Floch... Marlo and Hitch... Oh man, best scene ever on all platforms of media. Levi vs Beast Titan Peak animation, peak hype, "There is one thing you should beware of... Captain Levi... He's dangerous." Midnight Sun The whole episode, the whole dispute for whom to save, the flashbacks...just great. S3E21 Attack Titan Eren Kruger is a chad, that's unanimous. Declaration of War The soundtrack though... Ashes on the fire is insane! Eren being a chad The moment he used the Jaw as a nutcracker I was blown away, the sheer epicness was... mindnumbing. S4P2E4 Memories of the Future The revelation of the manipulation was almost as good as Grisha's VA in this episode. Zeke's reaction and Eren's expressions. What the hell was that?!! Another episode that I cried. Ymir's past The moment of the truth. Everything has been happening at such a fast pace that you didn't even ponder about the origin of titans anymore. And suddenly, it was thrown at us, and what a moment it was. Gabi and Kaya When I finally found out that Kaya was that girl from season 2 that Sasha saved I almost went insane. What a masterful writing from Isayama. Their discussion about the sins of their ancestors and the parallel to Eren and Reiner's and Falco's was absurd. Keith Sadis and Theo Magaths sacrifice That was one of the greatest moments of this show for me, it was the culmination of both of their stories, which were great. Keith's episode was also great, Bystander. That was it, I probably forgot a few though. Thanks for reading.

I thought I'd recommend you two really crazy anime as you're finishing...I'm sure you will like them. The first is called "One Punch Man" 👊🏻 and is one of the best anime by level of animation. For now, it only has two seasons for a total of 24 episodes so it wouldn't take long to finish it. The second is called "Jojo's Bizarre Adventures" 🔥 and from what I've seen it fits your taste perfectly. This is a fairly long anime but I'm sure you'll love it if you want some crazy twists and epic fights. ✌🏻 P.S. I'd love to see your reaction to these anime because they are crazy and I just love your reactions, they're so unique. Also a lot of people are asking for these 2 anime so, give them a try!

The ending of Bystander is definitely in my top 2 scenes (right after biggest betrayal reveal), how it ends is just perfect, with Eren's mom saying how important Eren is just for being born while the ending song plays in the background, and how we identify ourselves the best with Keith, since we're just "spectators" of the show. I think the parallel was brilliant, it bring tears everytime lol. But it doesn't bring the expected reation from YTubers though, understandably enough. Top 3 is Eren f**** Kruger haha. Favorite whole episode is 4x1, since it brings a completly different side of the show.

It's hard for me to put everything in its place, so I'll just write a list of my favorite moments. I have to say that I have rewatched the show several times, so my favorite moments are different from others. Also, I read chapters 131-135 of the manga which tells about the events after the last episode of the anime (I stopped and didn't read chapters 136-139 because people say the ending is bad. I chose to wait for the anime without being disappointed). 1) S1 ep 5 Eren's death and his "I cant die here. I'm gonna see the outside world" 2) S1 ep 6 Mikasa's backstory (especially Eren's "Tatakae" speech to Mikasa) 3) S1 ep 7 Mikasa's "This world is cruel and very beautiful" and Tatakae again, then first appearance of Eren's titan. In this scene you can see how important Eren is to Mikasa. Such a powerful and beautiful moment, its my favorite Mikasa's scene. 4) S1 ep 9 Eren's first transformation and then Grisha's speech: "If you want to save Mikasa and Armin, and everyone else, you should control this power" (give Oscar to Grisha's VA) 5) S1 ep 12 "Born into this world" scene, no comments 6) S1 ep 13 Eren's Freedom speech - it describes the whole character 7) S1 ep 21 Eren vs Annie in the forest. And again, one of my favorite Eren's speech "I wanted to belive in my comrades. I made a choice, and it killed everyone. Its my fault they died" and then psycho-Eren moment. 8) S2 ep 6 "You damn traitors" 9) S2 ep 12! my favorite Eremika moment 10) S3 P1 ep 6 Eren remembers Grisha's sin 11) S3 P1 ep 7 Crybaby-Eren moment, Historia's choice and then Eren finally believes in himself and saves everyone - good character development. 12) S3 P1 ep 11 Carla's speech: "He is already special, because he was born into this world" 13) S3 P2 ep 4 Erwin's last attack 14) S3 P2 ep 5 Levi vs Monke and then "I promised him" moment 15) S3 P2 ep 6 Levi's choice - the only moment in the whole anime that made me cry (Sasha's death moment was really close) 16) S3 P2 ep 9 "You are the one, who started this story" and the ending scene 17) S3 P2 ep 10 Eren kisses Historia and "Sea" scene 18) S4 P1 ep 5 Declaration of war 19) S4 P2 ep 4 Eren brainwashes Grisha 20) S4 P2 ep 5 and ep 12 - best episodes. It's crazy how much sense S1 moments make in S4 P2 Yes, I'm a huge fan of AOT (for now), but there are even more moments, I wrote only what I remembered

This is the perfect conclusion for zekes character along with Levi’s as he was finally able to fulfill Erwin’s wish. I also love Eren’s apology to Ramsey as we finally see everything in Erens head

Fantastic top ten Nick! There are so many remarkable moments that we'll never be able to find only 10 to describe the show. For me, Armin getting burned alive and his speech is one of the top scenes just like the battle scene from S02E12 when Erwin charges, from his speech until he saves Eren stabbing Bertholdt. Levi beating the hell out of Zeke's titan is a masterpiece as well... Sad that we'll have to wait untill next year to see how the things go in anime.
