Apart from the fact that they weren't really on the same page for most of the things but I guess that is what makes them perfect for each other. Because no matter what, the love they had for the each other is the most concrete thing ever. It's everlasting, beautiful and kind. Nick & Jess's love for each other just inspires me so much and I kinda actually am okay with the show runners now for how much time they took with them to realize that they were endgame for each other and how everyone in their lives knew how special and meant to be they were together 💕
