It was a great conversation! Nick is a fantastic musician and an extremely intelligent person. I'm lucky to have seen him and his band with Kajagoogoo in two concerts in Hungary in '85. Keep it up Nick! The sky's the limit!

Nick Beggs is one of those rare people who has the technical skil, ensemble technique, and tightness to be a great studio musician while simultaneously having the heart, emotion, and fluidity to be an amazing live performer. It's a few people per generation who can make it look that easy.

Practing a lot with a metronome trained my ear amazingly. It gets you into the habit of always listening very closely to who or what ever you are playing along with.
