That was pretty wild. He knows he can't beat anything that calls the Turn. It's either shove and pray or give up. Gutsy bluff.

Why are you showing bet amounts in dollars thrn stacks in number of big blinds? If youre going to use big blinds be consistent
@austinberry3299Ай бұрын
I agree, especially for the casual fan that’s not as into the game. In my opinion it would be best to go back to the normal way of just showing everything in $/chip amount and if you want to, add a small BB number under the stack sizes, otherwise it’s just so much more confusing and annoying.

@PokerGo, seeing the stats in BB is cool but only works if you put the bet amounts in BB as well, otherwise it would be best to show clothe chip count for what the players have behind. Having it mixed is confusing it should be one way or the other or both. Love the content and want to help with the experience, Thank you!

I would not fold a straight there, but i also have lost plenty by not folding the river. Would've assumed opponent had AQ or something with an A, hopefully not a flush.

When is he repoing when he rips the river with that baord texture. Just full houses, and you block Qx combos. Doesn't make sense.
@raz3rpupАй бұрын
i don't really understand the shove on that river. SB probably doesn't have any flats with Q8s or AQ off these stack sizes pre-, so i guess Nick is specifically targeting folds from Kx? sure, it's an underbluffed river spot and he doesn't have too many worse hands to bluff (maybe AcJx, AcTx), but with the QJ9 all being clubs, SB doesn't even have many flushes - just boats, K high straights, and hands that you beat anyways by checking back
@OsefKincaidАй бұрын
You probably have to bluff all of your Ac combinations because you're going to value AK+ that's so many hands
@MrClaus.Ай бұрын
Nah SB definitely has Q or K these stack

@@ambientexpanse Sorry not interested poker is a terrible game, I'd have to be deeply stupid to go and play it.
@samuraijack1371Ай бұрын
It’s a bad bluff. You rather bluff a board pair than a nut flush blocker. Jamming range is full houses, considering ICM. And folding KQ with a queen blocker is a blunder. Also, Nick have so many Ax of pair +nut flush blocker which are way better hands to bluff. Paired board if you are jamming and bluffing you take board pairs

Bad bluff and bad fold. Jamming range if considering ICM, is full houses not flushes. So bluffing with nut flush blocker isn’t the best. And folding the straight that also blocks full house is just a blunder

Since he can't beat value he has to find enough bluffs. What bluffs can he find? It's a sick spot and the fact you think it's an obvious call is mind blowing to me. You must be on level 0, I has a straight.
@TheBaller2234Ай бұрын
@@TripodianTT Hmm... What bluffs can he find? How about the bluff that just got through? You have a Queen in your hand. You're losing to pocket 9's and pocket J's essentially. I don't even know if they even play the hand the same way as both Jack and 9 of clubs is on the board. It's an easy call and if you can't see that give up playing
