Changed the whole way I train to the more slow and controlled approach. It’s amazing how much you can grow this way. Way less wear and tare on my joints. The commentary on this video was hilarious. Keep it coming…

Trained chest for years going heavy with little to no improvement . Listened to walker explode up.. slow on the downward with a pause. Go for atleast 10. Chest has made incredible gains. The mutant knows what he's talking about

You're definitely not lazy. You work. It's way harder than a regular job. I respect your work ethic. When I lived in Colorado and went on 40 mile run/hikes I was in same boat. I had to back off. Most mileage I did in a week was 230 miles. My wife almost left me. Today I enjoy light short workouts.

Please turn the music off - when showing Nick’s reps - it’s way too loud and not necessary- I’d rather just listen to the natural sounds of the gym - or Nick’s breathing pattern when showing reps - The music is distracting and detracts from these videos
