Sick of the non-analytical, out of context arguments. Eastern Conference was the stronger conference early in MJ’s career. Early in Lebron’s career, the EC was the weaker conference by a good amount. The Lakers still had Magic, Worthy, Scott, Green, 4 of the 5 starters that beat the Pistons in 88. Before MJ ever won a title, he was on his way to being the GOAT, or at least in the Convo. These are just childish assumptions. You can't compare different eras only regarding a single value (in this video, teammates / team strength / own and opponent's). For a start he could just add the different nature of defensive game back then. LBJ although he achieved so many, simply taking his current playstyle back in the 80-90's makes no sense. People would have him drop to the floor until he quits. Ofcourse in a time-traveler scenario, if he had the mentality MJ had, LBJ would adapt his game as well, but that's just fiction.

I’m always amazed how no one ever mentions the coaches of these players. What did Jordan do without Phil? Nothing (which is why he probably refused to play with the bulls bc he knew they would be exposed). I honestly don’t know who the coaches were on lebrons championship seasons other than the Miami heat’s coach. If lebron had a coach half as good as Phil, it would be a totally different career for lebron. Oh and how did Kobe do without Phil? No rings
