Well, that's a body of work right there. The consistency, the total dominance and overall greatness. Personally, I like LeBron's games "LeBrontosaurus" against Toronto. I have never seen a team on the floor, players on the bench, coaches on the bench, and the entire Toronto audience look so deflated when LeBron went off with his fade-aways and turnarounds. All of his shots had increased level of difficulty, and his last exclamation point was a dream shake close to the 3-pointline. Absolutely artistic and majestic performance.

I have a deep appreciation for Nick’s unrelenting statistical barrage. It isn’t a “feeling” or an “eye test,” he just casually, arrogantly, and often annoyingly spews the facts of LeBron’s performances in the faces of those who choose to take apart every performance basket by basket.
@owtkvst
@owtkvst 4 жыл бұрын
Troy Duffie it’s the best way to look at the facts. People love narratives when it comes to LeBron, everything but what he does night in and night out on the court and Nick is one of the the few guys on TV who doesn’t get caught up in it. Just spits facts on top of facts
@sensiblyhonest695
@sensiblyhonest695 4 жыл бұрын
Here's some 'facts' you will NOT hear Nick talk about: After 17 years in the league another MVP would tie LeBron with what Jordan got in 15 years. Maybe if we give LeBron 10 more years He'll get 3 more rings and 3 more Finals MVPs...4 more All Defensive 1st team awards... 3 more All Defensive teams.... his FIRST Defensive Player of the year award...his FIRST 3 NBA steals leader awards...9 more NBA scoring leader awards...LOL....WHO ARE WE KIDDING?? That's NOT gonna happen, but Jordan did all that in 15 years...Participation trophy mentalities tell us LeBron is the GOAT right?? LOL!!!

@ThoroughbredCrew
@ThoroughbredCrew 4 жыл бұрын
Correct, trying to make the argument without saying it. In actuality you can say 15 years but really in 13. All years count but, doing all that in 13 years takes a toll on you so the last 2 years he was broken. Same happened to Kobe. Lebron is a forward who plays like a guard. So less contact over the years. When he does drive it’s opportunistic in nature versus I’m driving to get a bucket regardless.....Dwayne Wade type. Gotta give LBJ credit but numbers are inflated/exaggerated because he doesn’t crash the boards and gets most off of long rebounds from being out of the paint, assist because the ball is in his hands always, and points because again the ball is in your hands so there are always opportunities.
@sensiblyhonest695
@sensiblyhonest695 4 жыл бұрын
@@ThoroughbredCrew Agreed, LeBron is a great player. With his skills and size he SHOULD HAVE BEEN, COULD HAVE BEEN the GOAT. But no player that's afraid to drive the lane with the game on the line for fear of getting fouled and missing the free throws COULD EVER be the GOAT. Nick and his followers (more geeks who've NEVER been one of the better players on the court) have no concept of what the GOAT mentality is... their Participation Trophy mentalities that tell them Nick's cherry picked stats translate to knowledge. Nick looks so shocked when people that played professional sports tell him he's wrong....and so laughably smug when there's no one but other geeks around swallowing his spew. FACTS trump lame excuse opinions every time.

Not really. He says stats with no one there to poke holes in it. Which you can easily. Nick wright will be the first person to say that Michael Jordan beat the Lakers and pistons when they got old but they were younger than the pistons that LeBron beat they were younger than the Spurs that Brown beat and lost to they were younger than the Mavs that LeBron lost to. LeBron has lost to three teams that he should have beat in the finals. He didn't get past the pistons until Ben Wallace was no longer on the team. He should have beat the Orlando magic to go against Kobe in the finals but blew it.

The greatest performance of LeBron’s career in my opinion is game 6 against Boston in 2012 when he had 45 points to force a game 7. Given the circumstances: Just lost the 2011 NBA finals in terrible fashion where he had a live panic attack and another year of flaming out and not even making the finals would’ve been horrendous given the expectations for the heatles. There were a lot of rumblings about breaking up the heatles if they had lost this series at the time.
