I'd highly recommend watching "Antiviral" (2012) for anyone who liked The Substance. It's less polished, as it's a dirty, grungy-feeling film, but it's a damn good movie that focuses heavily on celebrity worship and body horror.

this was like my fav Terrifier movie. loved it. I was also lucky (idk if it's lucky for somebody else though) that the theater was completely empty so it was just me and my friend. Thought it would be scary af after the reviews plus the atmosphere in the Theater but ya'll. couldn't stop laughing. it was too funny to be scary. The only scene I cringed was the rat scene which I've found out that I wasn't the only one but also the Art The Clown actor who had a reaction to that.
