One thing I realized in life is if someone tries to make themselves look like a better person by listing off all the bad things they didn't do, they are not a good person. Instead of listing good things he did in their relationship, he lists off bad things he could have done, but chose not to do it. He thought about doing those bad things, but decided not to. People in a healthy relationship don't think about hurting someone they love. And he's unable to list good things he did in the relationship because there were no notable good things.

Before he was arrested. He was eventually let out on bond and stayed with his father once he was out, after family couldn't get in contact with him. Police searched the home and found the father's truck missing and the him dead in the garage (cause unknown but confirmed foulplay.) That first clip reminded me of when I had my son. My son is almost 18 now, so this would have been back in 2004. KZbin was pretty new and we were trying to be cutting edge with our newborn baby videos. Instead of sending them to every family member every time I figured we would just make him his own little KZbin channel and let everyone know when there was a new video or two. We bought a flip, which was a really small/light camcorder that made making videos really convenient (cell phone cameras weren't really a thing) and it even came with software to make minor edits super easy. So i was posting quite a bit. After the first few months the frequency slowed until we really weren't uploading much and eventually stopped all together and just texted pics or uploaded to Facebook, which proved way easier than KZbin since everyone would see it without any alert necessary. Anyway, a few years later I remembered that KZbin channel and went to watch some of the videos of our baby boy and reminisce. After clicking through a few of them I noticed a guy commenting on the videos that we didn't know. So I went back to the start and see when he started and see what he commented in chronological order. Out of 30 videos, he wound up commenting on all of them, but it seemed like his first comment was about midway through the year and he went back to watch all of them. Comments were "what a cute baby" "such a sweet family" and then they start with the guy suggesting we make certain kinds of videos with my son, like we should make a video of him going down a certain slide, or pushing him backwards in a swing. Nothing crazy but just super weird to be making requests. Then he starts commenting that he recognizes the park we are in, and he knows the neighborhood. Then complaints that we haven't posted in so long, and how that's unfortunate. I had to keep reminding myself this was years ago, and those comments I was reading weren't written in one sitting, the way I was reading it, this had happened over time as he probably got more and more "familiar" with us and then how annoyed he got with the lack of uploads. I guess the point of the story is how random and easily stuff like this can happen. We had a tiny channel with random short videos of a brand new baby, just like a million other channels and boom... Immediately we get a psycho viewer. I like to think about how he must have thought at first we were ignoring him, and then creeped out by him, etc. Meanwhile we had no idea it was going on and by the time we noticed it was long long over. He got lucky, if you ask me. People don't seem to understand how protective new parents can get. Especially in the very beginning. If someone threatened my son or wife , I can't even imagine the rage back then.

THE REASON he got bail and was able to be so easily given GPS ankle monitoring is ENTIRELY because of the COVID situation. The ENTIRE justice system was almost at a stand still in 2020 and 2021. The cops in MANY if not ALL cities in US weren't even taking anybody to jail meaning no arrests in the streets. Only serious offenses were taken into custody ( usually only violent offenses) and once there they were given substantially small bail amounts. My county released ALL non violent offenders from jail with "time served" and California released 19,000 prison inmates early and then I believe an additional 5,000-9,000 inmates a few weeks later ALL given "time served". I know this happened across virtually every city in the US and I know this because I have been in the justice system over 20+ years and know many people that were released early with "time served" due to the COVID situation. He would NOT if been given that low bail amount if it wasn't for COVID!!!!

I love how Nick takes obscure true horror stories and lets millions of people learn about them. edit: thx for the likes.
@sad_tea43623 жыл бұрын
@Penguin Economics that’s somewhat true though the people who watch Nick may not watch the channels that have covered this story (and others like it) so in a way Nick is still letting other people - who didn’t watch the other videos covering this story and such - learn about it, like me I haven’t seen any other videos about this story, they just don’t usually come in my recommended. *Sorry for any bad gramma, misspellings and repeating myself I don’t usually write long comments like this, though if you have anything else you wanna say/explain please do so - unless you don’t wanna.*

well i wouldnt say he lets millions of people learn about it since most people are already aware of these incidents that have been covered extensively by the media.😏
@PrimateProductions3 жыл бұрын
@@sad_tea4362 Ok but its not about just youtube channels that might have covered it..these are stories that were huge and covered extensively by main stream media. One would pretty much have to be living under a rock to not hear about most of them. You considered that to be a "long comment"? It was one sentence long....I mean, it was definitely a long run on sentence but still its a bit strange that you would consider that to be long comment
@sad_tea43623 жыл бұрын
@@PrimateProductions i see you’re point and thanks for expanding on it. I must’ve been living under a rock though I never heard of this story, I might have seen/ read something on it but I really don’t remember. Sadly my memory’s really to bad for this, sorry. About the comment that’s really just my opinion as I don’t comment really much at all. if you consider it to not be a long comment that’s fine, sorry if this bothered you though.

This story is not obscure. When it happened it was all over US news outlets though there may be some younger folks who missed it. I can definitely appreciate your enthusiasm for Nick's content but "millions" could be a bit of a stretch. Nick definitely has great content no doubt. 😎

the feeling of knowing he killed himself is terrible. he didn’t deserve a quick death, he didn’t deserve a painless death. for him to cower after all that is just infuriating. really hope hell does exist.

“I never hit her” no.1 that’s a pretty low bar he’s got there. No.2 he didn’t hit her but he killed her! It Reminds me of Kemper apologising to one victim for accidentally touching her chest whist attacking her. Or him literally saying “I killed but but I didn’t hit her”There’s like a weird cognitive dissonance going on with some of these killers.

It's funny how no.1 doesn't matter now that no.2 is that he killed her. you can be real nice to someone but when they put blades in your back you literally wanna put blades in them.
