Trying this out tonight. I'll let you know how it comes out Edit: Using an electric mixer can help save time and get your eggs to the texture you need faster. Dont overfill your ramekins 12 mins for a firmer cake 7~9 mins for a softer cake I dont recommend exceeding 12 mins Marachino cherries in the middle are orgasmic! Great all around recipe

Chocolate lava cake is not just undercooked chocolate cake. That's not what makes the center molten. You take a frozen cylinder of ganache and set it in the ramekin so that as the outside cooks fully, the inside becomes molten! It’s molten see? It’s f*cking MOLTEN!

Thank you for sharing. This is a perfect recipe. Here it is in grams: 170 grams dark chocolate (I use 64% coco) 114 grams butter 50 grams sugar (I use 40 grams ) 2 egg + 2 egg yolk Pinch of salt 16 grams flour In my oven I bake it at 220°C for 11min and out of the fridge for 13min.
