I have two theories that could either both be true or only one, per my own speculation and the evidence presented in this video. 1) Nicki wanted her FIRST SOLO #1 (which is HUGE for her) to be in the rap category as she sees it to be a rap song (I agree) 2) She is angry that someone she doesn’t like & a song she she didn’t want to to collab on for whatever reason (as she has the right to) made it into a category that SFG was supposed to be in. I personally think it’s both. I don’t think she expected her #1 to be put elsewhere despite her submission request.
