I'm truly amazed at how Italy is so dog-friendly. Where I live, only service dogs would be permitted in public places including grocery stores and restaurants whether indoors or out. Dogs also aren't permitted on many public beaches. Unfortunately, that results in too many people leaving their pets in hot cars while they eat or shop. Anyway, as always, it's been a pleasure to share a 'day in the life' with you. Thank you.

These places were so, so beautiful. You must pinch yourselves sometimes 🥰 we all enjoy how much you both appreciate beauty wherever you are. This was a very different Italian landscape to see- for me anyway. Loved it. Fast forward to the beautiful property in Tuscany you now have. What a gorgeous old town Locorotondo is! The look of it is so appealing, but I'll bet the heat & humidity are fierce a good chunk of the year. Carlo, eventually there will be a few places Nicki is comfortable saying YES to for retirement living. She already had said last year, I think, that she liked where you had visited in Tuscany. There's the start of a list to explore. The lunch looked good. Indie is such a puppy, it's hard for her to follow Holly's sedate lead. I agree with you two. I think beaches should be available to everyone. Glad you found a beach that you can access. Pretty town and I guess British expats are happy for the heat. Loved the place you visited for lunch and the cute boat bowl it was served in, but that does not excuse the fish not being tasty, thus inedible for you. Hope you got to swim with Carlo in your flesh-toned underwear. The poppy field is beautiful and there are many in Puglia, yes?

Such beautiful towns and beautiful water. That is sad about the lack of public beaches. In Florida the beaches are public but you have to pay for parking. Glad you found one and had suits. It is fantastic that you are able to take the dogs on your trip. I got a chuckle out of Carlo loving being able to just pull up right outside the home. Also, Carlo thank you for any and all drone footage you provide for us. Love it. I am vegetarian so that avoids bones and questionable meat. I know you love your vegetables too. That poppy field is soooo gorgeous.
