Love the single player content Nick. Please continue. I would recommend for your next game to be Dark Souls 1, Bloodbourne, or Sekiro for other From Software games. I would also definitely recommend Ghost of Tsushima...I think you would love it. If you want a new kind of experience...go for VR and play Half Life: Alyx...incredible game. You could also go with horror and play either the Dead Space or Resident Evil 4 remakes. If you're okay with trying an older game...I GUARANTEE you would LOVE Borderlands 2! Not sure if you'll see this comment, but hope you do. Peace and love brother!
