aside from the Ronnie Coleman vs Jay Cutler, this was my favorite rivalry Kie and Phil! it was awesome every year that they competed against each other. I always favored Kie Greene, he looked incredible as was his posing! not to mention he is always so humble and honorable. Phil was more on the cocky side which he got even more cocky as he kept winning. I must say Phil was pretty humble in his Olympia 2017 victory, that was a sight to behold. great video Nick. 💪😠💪

They had an interview with then head judge Lee Thompson & although Phil won the prejudging on the scorecards Lee said Kai had tightened up for the finals and the biggest factor was size. I'm sure Kai was around 260 & Phil said he was 236. Personally, from video I have Phil winning because he was so sharp at prejudging & Kai looks like he's holding a bit of water. The night show was a different story but 80% of the footage out there is from prejudging. Like your content!

I Forgot all about this from 8 years ago Nick! Kai was shredded. You could see Phil's "pop" in his delts, traps and even his arms being right there with Kai but Kai's impeccable (no pun intended) conditioning won it. Phil from the front had a more pronounced thigh sweep developing so we could see Heath's trajectory was still significantly higher at this point in 2010 excluding future "bubblegut" talk comparisons. It would be great if even ONE MORE TIME Kai would take his best shot at beating Phil Heath with his hernia surgery recovery because for Kai at 42 going on 43 years old the body doesn't respond the same way to be at pinnacle conditioning for this type of a show. Kai will need laser-like focus, Dexter Jackson-like focus for either an Arnold against Heath IF Phil decided to enter an Arnold or for going against him in the 2018 Mr. Olympia. Last chance!💪
