Pro tip- when you’re deseeding jalapeños. Cut in half and use a spoon to get out the seeds. It’s so much easier!

Save so much money with batch cooking this week. I work night shifts at a hospital and everyone orders out, nightly. I would go broke, not to mention there isn't a lot of keto friendly options. My favorite batch meal this week was meat loaf and parmesan asparagus. Think I'm going to try those poppers this week. Thanks for the inspiration.

Getting my first air-fryer tomorrow( hope it speeds things up). Your jalapeño poppers and egg biscuits will be on my list of things to prep, Yum! 😋👍 🥰

Would love to be able to meal prep, but my husband and son would eat it all up before I got to it. Must mention they aren't and won't go on Keto. So I am stuck. I have to make my food as I want it. Would get too expensive to make it for them too, since they eat you out of house and home. But thank you for these recipes. I do want to try some of them.
