So I'm not crazy. I saw it I'm the corner of my eye for the first time and I was creeped out.

That's because 9s is a scanner, he sees (senses) a lot more than 2b during his playthrough

This “red girl” will begin showing up in 9S’s B route First you see one when 2B and 9S in the hangar after you defeat engels the oil rig boss Next is here And finally, you see red girls when 2B chokes 9S to death after defeating eve. You dont see them on 2B’s A route, since she isn’t aware of what’s going on yet. 9S is able to dig deeper into the bunker’s files knowing what’s to come in Route C/D

you can also see one of the girls standing near 9s’s flight unit when he gets into it in the bunker, to go back to earth to assist 2b before eve boss fight

When the Red Eye takes over the Bunker and 2B/9S are fighting their way to escape, beginning of fight in the main terminal, (while the commander is just standing there in shock I presume) I could of swore I saw a Red Girl observing in the left most corner (facing the front of the room with the screen) and it throwing me completely off amid the chaos. I want to say that they programmed that appearance during game play (in a very hectic and distressing moment of the game no less) to really mess with the player. I plan to go through this game several more times and will be keeping a keen eye during the 9S playthrough (even though I feel this was a 2B lead part of the game) for these cameos. Maybe I'll get a capture device to record my playthroughs so I can upload all of the spots these little devil Cult of the Watcher _programs_ pop up. Yoko Taro seems the type of director to put these _easter eggs_ in when we least expect it. And I feel and hope that even though this game has been out for a while and is getting older, we still have missed some secrets buried in the game.
