Nigel, you have shared a tremendous amount of content over the years and this series has been one of your best (if not your best) body of work. When you see the range of conditions you were working in and taking into account your own going back condition, you have accomplished something really special. Been an absolute pleasure to follow your adventure over the 30 days as it has always been over the last 6 years

Has to be the best trilogy of landscape photography videos that I've seen. I've never written about one before so that says it all. And I've probably watched thousands. Incredible work Nigel. Thank you.

It’s hard to add anything to all of the praise for these 3 excellent videos but I would add my voice to all of the other viewers who said they thoroughly enjoyed the series. “It doesn’t get better than this” is something you said - with great delight - a number of times during the videos. But I could use those same words to describe the whole project. It doesn’t get better than this. I agree with the people who say you’ve created something new and brilliant in photography videos. And I hope there will be another project (or more) in your future where you can try this in-depth approach again. Thanks for all of your efforts on this, Nigel.

You realise you e started something here!! You now have to do 30 days at various locations around the globe doing just these presentations! Next could you go to Iceland 😂 or Falklands!! You are qualified now to handle the challenge. And revenue from each publication pays for the next project location!! Thanks so much for this series it was so well put together, content perfect, emotion on point!! Best of luck with the book. I’m sure a copy will be coming down to Australia soon!! Mark

I think I feel safe enough to say that this series have been the best videos I've ever watched on KZbin. Period. Not just the best "photography" videos, but best videos of any kind. What an outstanding documentary this is. In an age where AI generated art feels like it's encroaching on our medium of choice, these videos give me so much inspiration. AI can never replicate the 30 days you had on this beach. Well done, Nigel. Thank you.

Fantastic production, Nigel, you've obviously worked extremely hard to create a superb body of work and your equally passionate narrative will guarantee a long and well-deserved shelf life for this series. You appreciated, Nigel, that the "feeling of freedom" "unlocked things...that started to elevate" your "photography towards the end of the trip." You expressed "bring it on" and "I've just gotta keep going" sentiments. Your "appreciation of just how transient everything was" ; the "Oh my word" and "Yes... yes, yes, yes" moments, spoke to your enthusiasm and sheer delight. You also shared the lesson that "by not getting overwhelmed by the massive view, I could really hone in on these details." "As the moon" was "setting over the trip" you revealed that "Luskentyre Beach is so stunning and it now has a very special place in my heart." How true it is, Nigel, that we can't just chase the "honey pot locations", we have to cherish the intimate as well and chat with our rocks. What a treasure trove you have shared!
@elainekarlsson8384 Жыл бұрын
I actually have to quote you! "It doesn't get any better than this!" =D I love to listen to you explaining your thoughts process, how you see the details connect in a composition for example. I might see completely different details, not seeing what you see. But once you point out what you see, I can see the picture transform into something different, and then back again to what I first saw and so on. It's kind of magic. I also love the little snippets of drone video here and there, fluently revealing the vastness of the majestic landscape. I'm so sorry about your bad back! I know how hampering back pain is, and I admire your drive to go out anyway. Thank you so much for all the inspiring input you provide. You are doing a fantastic work!
