What's make puff puff so soft
@LydiasCookingHacks-kr8mf7 ай бұрын
What makes puff puff so soft is the amount of water you will add. If you want it soft, use the measure I used. Try adding extra water until you get the consistency you're looking for. Do it bit by bit until you get there. The bad side is that the puff puff will soak up oil. If you're trying to eat healthy, it might not be the best option. Another bad side is, the puff puff will not be puffy but flat. I hope this helps. Keep me posted how it works with you. Thanks for stopping by.

You didn't tell us hom many cups of floor you added
@LydiasCookingHacks-kr8mf6 ай бұрын
Here is the Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/3 cup sugar 11/4 cups lukewarm water 1tsp active dry yeast 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp salt Oil for frying Note. If you like it soft, you can use the whole water. If you like it strong, then add water gradually until you get the desired texture. Thank you for your observation. Just to let you know, I always leave the ingredients in the description box.

U should have rinsed your hand after taking off gloves, before putting it down in the mixture, , but they looked nice.

The measurements are just off and all over the place. 2 cups of flour but 11/4 cups of water? Do you know how much water that is to flour ratio? Messed up everything. 🤦
@LydiasCookingHacks-kr8mf11 күн бұрын
The measurement is a cup and quarter (1 and 1/4) cups of water. I hope that explains the confusion? Sorry about that.

I think it’s too thick, mire like buns😮😊
@LydiasCookingHacks-kr8mf7 ай бұрын
Did you follow my method, how I did the flour measurement? My result is fluffy and soft but not too thick. They are some factors that may cause the burn to be thick. 1, if the yeast did not turn out well. 2, If the flour measurement is not accurate. 3, if the dough didn't rise. I will suggest to try it one more time. Take a note of the additional water. you can start with adding extra one table spoon. Take a note and continue until you achieve the right amount. You can connect with me on FB messenger, we can do one on one training. Thank you for your observation.
