NIGHT Fishing for NICE Bass and Walleye! (Pueblo Reservoir)

I went back out to the Pueblo Reservoir a couple days over the past week & managed to get into some nice walleye & bass after dark. The fall bite is finally picking up out here! 🤙

Even if you hadn't caught anything, the beauty of the clouds reflecting in the lake makes it so amazing and relaxing, nothing better than being out there and enjoying it. And of course catching fish makes it even better. Nice man!

Yeah man, I agree! The second night was one of those beautiful, peaceful nights where just being alive felt like a treat. Catching some fish was just a bonus 👍

That wiper was a perfect eater size. They are really tasty, probably right up there with Walleye.

If I was looking for a keeper I might have held onto it, but I was just happy to catch a bass that night since it was getting pretty late in the season at that point. I accidentally killed my PB wiper actually & ended up filleting it up. I was amazed at how delicious it was, even considering how big it was. Definitely a tasty fish species 🔥

Thanks man! I know, they're such an awesome species. It's too bad they compete so hard with everything else cause aside from that there's not a single downside to having them around. Appreciate that though man, it was a fun night! 🔥

Thank you! Yeahhh, it's been brutal. I've had a bit more luck than that, but I'm out grinding constantly. I should have had more to show for it with how much time I spent on the water in September & October, but that's the way she goes sometimes

Nice video. I’ve never tried a seedless treble hook. I might have to try when I can fish again. I probably won’t be able to fish until January. Surgery was postponed until late November.

Thank you! I'd say they're definitely worth it. Like I said, they're a bit pricy but should pay for themselves if they save a few baits from snapping on snags. The ones I got were Mustad brand & I just ordered them off Amazon. Wishing you a quick recovery for sure though man!
