Definitely using a water based moisturizing spray, rose water, aloe juice, or water lol then sealing with and oil on your scalp, edges, and nape is the goat! I do this every 2-3 days to keep the scalp lubricated, and it’s definitely changed so many things! Our scalp needs way more moisture than we realize.

Hey Latoya!! I love your videos & personality 🤗 Just FYI do some research into the ingredients of the biotin hair serum, it has Diazolidinyl urea in it, which is a carcinogenic( cancer causing ingredient releaser).
@LaToyaEbonyHair4 жыл бұрын
Hey! I’m aware of the ingredient. It’s used as a preservative. There’s been research around it, but none that can prove its harmful effects in the small quantity that it’s typically used in. It’s in a ton of products, and though I don’t think it’s “good”, I think since products typically use .5-1% it’s probably not enough to do significant damage...it’s long term effects over a period of time, I can’t speak of (and neither can scientists) but I think if it bothers you, you definitely shouldn’t use products containing it.
@ADOS_TNT4 жыл бұрын
@@LaToyaEbonyHair OK I just wanted to make you & your audience aware of it. Me personally I would never use a carcinogen no matter what amount, especially with how many people I know that has/had cancer. Why do people complain about having 4c so much when you can literally just put 4 braids in your hair and walk out the house I’m convinced everyone wants to type 3. Little do they know I do the same routine on my child’s type 3 hair because children love to play and having it out is sometimes not worth it.
