These F35s are tracked by Satellites as well as the transponder. The Satellite tracking system is automated and is a separate part of the regular fly-by-wire systems. This does not sound right.

You clearly don't understand what GPS is, what it does, or how it works. Retired electro-optical warfare systems engineer here. And the tramsponder that malfunctioned is the thing that does what you seem to think a GPS does.

It's a bit more complicated than tracking doordash drivers. GPS can be used by the device itself to identify where it is so long as it can see the satellites, but relaying that info to another device isn't done by the GPS system; that needs to be done by internet (or any wireless communication, since the military probably uses something more secure for this). So wherever it is, if the computer is still working, it's far away enough from anyone looking that communication hasn't been restored, even though the plane knows where it is.

My husband suffers from Stage 4 kidney disease . He is 75 and served as a Marine with an honorable discharge. He also has neurological issues. Both issues were stated in brochures we received as caused by the 6 dangerous chemicals in the water. After waiting Over one year after submitting his claim he has been denied benefits and payment for a much needed VA home. They are definitely not doing their best to help our vets. The denial reasons given were absolutely ridiculous. I have done research and found all the information supporting our claim and proving they are lying to us.

Saw the piece tonight about the old slide photos. How about doing a piece on one of the WPA projects of the 1930s. They sent people out to communities to take photos of every building in the community. Augusta Maine re discovered the negatives when they were cleaning out the old City Hall. The negatives are now housed with the Kennebec Historical Society.

I was on the toxic waste board at Camp Lejeune about 1998. We asked anyone with info to come forward. From old memory...about 177 toxic sites found that were narrowed to about 20 or so dangerous ones. Most wells were put on monitors and closed if poisoned. As they spread, more wells were shut down. Some were sucked out to attempt treatment at $$$$$$$. As a low level committee member I felt the base was sincerely trying to find the sites and close them. What I learned mostly was that once the aquifer is polluted it cannot be cleaned...that is why i worry about fracking!! Sadly the Onslow county New River was ruined and all fished killed by the Oceanviews hog waste spill about 1995. Almost no fine paid since the rains were an "act by God." Ironically Onslow County motto was "the county of perfect water!"

The lady said the water was brown. Did you test it for naturally occurring humid acids? They color the water brown. The report said the toxins are low molecular weight halo-hydrocarbons. If you chlorinate water that contains humid acids you’ll form those toxins. Chloroform and bromoform in particular. It’s been known for decades that chronic exposure to this causes pregnancy issues.
