Actually the show should've rather been enjoyed without mobile phones but I'm grateful to get a peek at what many of us will be missing out on in real life during this pandemic (and due to inconsistent governmental policies). Epic song!!!Troy doing his best but i miss Marco. I like very much the scene Kai, Tuomas and Troy higher and Jukka Emppu down and Floor has all the freedom to going up and down. Again, I'm giving respect to the whole band for pulling it all off! This is one of the first live shows wo Marco, so I think they will find a groove. Empuu always having fun, but I thought being careful not to distract Jukka too much...cuz Empuu can play this in his sleep but Jukka still working hard. They took Marco's piece out of the song. I understand that, but it shows how he's missed. I hope that if Jukka stays with the band permanently, he will sing also. Troy does the very best he can but his voice is too soft for some of the parts that Marko used to sing.

fun fact, from a bassist: The bassist always has to work hard... allthough the bassist normally playes fewer notes then the guitarist, as part of the rythm section the bassist must always be "on" and in the groove. If the bassist makes a mistake or loses time for instance, everybody in the band and the audience immediately notices, and the music seems to disintegrate! (whereas a guitarist has much more freedom to do as he or she likes on top of the rythm, a little mistake by the guitarist often goes unnoticed...)

I mean, that Marko is not there, that is sad. But what would have been even sadder would be if there was no performance at all, because Marko isn't there! Keep going Nightwish! Yeah, I definitely agree with you. I only wish that they found some bass player with badass voice (not to imitate Marko, but to be epic in his own way) so that he fills in certain gaps. I love Nightwish and Floor and Troy are great singers, but I can't deny that something is missing.

Not that hard. I don't know if it's because of lots of adventure/roadbook motorcycle riding that I am used to follow a screen without actually looking at it. I raise the phone above and in front of my head (at the edge of visibility) and somehow without effort adjusts it. It's only when i zoom in that it taks some effort and I try to not do that often as that would interfere with the experience/magic of the concert

Emppu is always having fun, this was just recorded so close to the stage that Emppu & Jukka don't fit in the frame :D And yes I was wondering the same about pyros, probably left them out because this lil bit smaller hall needs more room for the standing crowd (=smaller stage setup and less safe space needed between stage&security&crowd) or they decided that it's not worth carrying the pyros around for just a single show in another country 🤷‍♂️ I hope it's the first.

Quite right, there was no more than 2 m to the stage. Emppu looked as happy as he always does. I didn't look that much on Jukka as he probably is just a temp (I'm begging that Marco will return)

That sounds like he has new plans but those plans definitely don't include Marco since the inspiration came up after his leaving. Jukka is a temporary bassist, I just hope that the new bassist - let it be Jukkis or anyone - will sing!
