My heart is broken for this mother for the family and this brave young girl Nika. I wish there was more we could do. This child was brutally attacked and killed because she wanted freedom? Freedom so basic here in Canada. I look at my daughter having a nap on the couch. We went to get her a tattoo this morning she has had an extremely difficult year. The tattoo is a symbol of my unwavering support for her and her choices. This mother had to bury her girl and I am so thankful and yet the other hand I’m so saddened and angry for all those women fighting and being brutalized for their freedom. I stand with these brave women of Iran ❤
