Better help sold people’s data and doesn’t actually check who are real licensed therapists, please check your sponsors! Makes everything you say in this video hollow because it’s built off promoting a scam :/

The last point has helped me a lot. I used to be one of those people that planned to change a hundred things at once. It works for a few days and then I slowly slipped back to how it was earlier except I felt worse because I felt like a failure. Taking things one step at a time helped me immensely and I lost 15 kgs (about 30-35 pounds) over 4 months and became so much more confident in myself

How did you that? Like what were your small habits?
@elizabethgracefashion5 ай бұрын
I’ve been adding one habit every month to my life since January and at first it didn’t feel like I was making much progress but now I can see the compound effect of adding in one thing at a time slowly and I can trust myself to follow through on things again

Thank you! I will try your tips. Currently, I feel unmotivated. When I try to change something, I try to change everything, and I give up easily. I’m going to start changing little things in my life ✨🌸🤗

This video is pure gold. I teared up several times while I was watching it. I realised that I always am so self critical. There are actually good decisions that I've made and continue to make every day that I do not give myself enough credit for. Thanks for making me realise it. New subscriber and fan here! Keep going girl! You have a lot of depth to you and are providing immense value. Thank you!

Great advice. People have to want to change. Change is hard for some people. In a study, a person has to create a new behavior or habit to replace it with a bad habit for at least 90 days.

I would disagree that we always have our best interest at heart - self-sabotage is a real thing. Also, some people don't really develop self-awareness until later in life, knowing your true self takes longer for some people.

Hey Nika! I have just came across your videos while trying to build my life again and I wouldsay it was like sitting with a friend and having a chat over a coffee. Thank you for that and keep creating content please. Life wise, I am currently at a point where I feel guilt and shame a lot. Going true theraphy and writing down about it. Honestly. I am very cruel to myself and I see myself as an anxiety causing, blood sucking(I don't have an income at the moment), underachieved disappointment and it shows. Self concept is sooooooo important. I will work on the things you have listed and see if I can improve some. Anyway, have a nice sunday! Also, I know this is not a support group but if there is anybody who sees themselves the way I do, I would like to exchange ideas under this comment on how to change this self perception.

Why do so many woman start off videos degrading their appearance & right after jump right into feeling confident & giving tips on how to boost ur self worth isn’t it contradictory to between those two smh
@NikasInnerBeauty5 ай бұрын
It was a joke…..
@smritipandey30584 ай бұрын
Agreed 100%. I think, as women, it is subconsciously ingrained in our minds that people are constantly judging the way we look when in reality most people don’t even care and have their own securities to focus on. Making self-deprecating jokes like these, in order to make one self & others feel better is in fact counterintuitive to the idea of self-acceptance being preached through these type of videos.
@LisaNicole_WАй бұрын
@@NikasInnerBeauty it did not come across that way. Within the first 30 seconds you completely degraded yourself and your appearance and then talk about how to validate yourself and not chase external validation. The hypocrisy invalidates anything else you could possible try to say after you insult yourself.

15:48 not really on the scale of we are all nastily judgemental, and think of what job everyone "should be" doing. Some of us dont usually have mivh bad opinions on others, some of us unfortunately think too well of "ppl"! Ugh.

By repeating affirmations you CHANGE your CORE BELIEFS, which then impacts your 60K thoughts a day. SO THIS is not a bandaid approach THIS IS THE CORE + long-term solution. :) BUT I love your tips otherwise!
