Nike CEO shares the importance of reinventing oneself

Nike CEO John Donahoe shares how despite his many achievements as a basketball coach, Coach K stressed the importance of staying current and relevant by constantly reinventing oneself. He said that when he meets with recruits, they only care about winning the next championship together and not his past accomplishments. Therefore, he always looks forward and never talks about the past.
