The Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, which is also known as MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET. The MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) transistor is a semiconductor device that is widely used for switching purposes and for the amplification of electronic signals in electronic devices. for that first you have to identify is the mos. is N-ch or p- ch…for n-ch you have to provide some +ve voltage by any physical switch which can be connect by the positive side of battery by a resistance…
