"He just happened to have a tape recorder in his pocket?" The funniest thing to me about this is... Your normally super valid point about such an unlikely thing being done specifically to fit the plot (weak storytelling) is ironically actually partly reasonable: hear me out. Tommy Wiseau, apparently in real life he uses a tape recorder for all of his phone calls and stuff, and always had one on him. So in this ridiculous mess of a terrible film, in Tommy's writing head, it's totally a normal thing to carry around a tape recorder, lol.

I made a few of my friends watch this movie with me, told them it was one of the best movies ever. Sitting there and watching their faces might have been the greatest thing i have ever seen, they went from disgust to laughing till their sides hurt. Your opposite reactions had me laughing my ass off.

YASSSS! This is the best movie of all time! Birdemic was literally trying to be a "bad" movie. Its garbage. The Room is the king.

Apparently that guy who keeps showing up who had a pillow fight with the main couple was written to have a learning disability, but no one told the actor playing him.

This is the perfect movie for narcissists who always play the victim card, and try to guilt-trip you over anything: "You betrayed me, you not good. Everybody betray me, I don't have a friend in the wurld" 😭 Mr Krabs: "ohhh, boohooo" 🙄
