It's okay. I understand how you could feel like this. My strategy is to enjoy being happy in my skin, eating good food to nourish my body, relishing my most favorite endeavors, being grateful for my life, my world, my family and friends. Youth is fleeting, and is just part of our journey here. Ultimately our life is a blink of an eye in our incredible existence as pure energy. Just enjoy your life, and have compassion for those who are so focused on meaningless things, such as looks and age, while ignoring the ultimate realities and beauty and perfection to be discovered. I tried the Hanacure system last week before I left on a weekend trip to NYC. I was apprehensive because I wasn’t sure how drastic the results might be in the wrong way. I was a little freaked when I looked in the mirror 10 minutes after applying the product and saw that I looked old and my features miss-shapen! I looked away quickly and prayed this would not be my permanent result! I have had a droopy lip for a month after a Botox treatment and a golf ball sized swelling on my upper lip after an injection. So no more needles for me. My final result after rinsing off the Hanacure was smoother glowing skin! Less wrinkles and sagging and an all over fresher look. So cool! I plan to use it once a week at first and then go to every other week, then a monthly routine. Thank you so much for demonstrating this. You looked wonderful after rinsing off the product. Or I must say, more wonderful than usual! I love your videos and all that you bring to us. I’m 73 and very open to your suggestions. ❤

I am 71 and have used the Hanacure mask a number of times. I have very dry skin and was a bit apprehensive, but I can't praise this product enough! My skin looked firm and glowing and it diminished my "eleven" and finer lines. I will say that I got my best results when I used the product once a week. However, that proved to be too expensive, so I'm now enjoying it once a month.

I boil a quarter cup of white rice in a small amount of water to cover until the rice is soft and mushy. Let it cool and put in blender. Add 2 tablespoons each of coconut oil and plain whole milk greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. Put in a container and refrigerate. Good for a week. I think all of us get a bit down sometimes on our aging, but then things often happen that throw us into a strong appreciation of just being alive... like two of my girlfriends going through breast cancer. The physical signs of aging are not fun, but not a matter of life or death. You are such a beautiful woman, it is hard for me to imagine, with a not as attractively featured face, that you can ever see yourself as not looking great, even without makeup! Even though you say it with humor (and it is actually funny, made me smile 😄), you do think of it. Just like everybody. That’s why you use so many anti-aging skincare products. Just like everybody.
@LoveFaithLive Жыл бұрын
No, no not "just like everybody”. I’m 70 & don’t use or seek out anti-ageing products bec in my experience the good effects don't last long beyond using the product; otherwise why do the rich & famous still bother with eye & face lifts. BUT if I was in the beauty industry or simply content with the temporary results then I’d keep using the products. We can age gracefully if we want to & still use anti-ageing products at the same time - I don't believe it's either/or.

@@LoveFaithLive Thanks a lot for being the exception. 🙄 I don’t know exactly what you’re talking about that you don’t put on your face but with «anti-aging products» I mean ALL anti-aging products : that includes lifts, surgery, fillings, Botox, even makeup, hair color, workouts to fight sagging skin under the arms,…. 99% of people (at least in developed countries and you’re in the 1% left) want eternal youth and freshness, and notice their first signs of aging as being bad news and not as being a «beautiful thing.»

I will be 83 in 2 months. I think I look 20 years younger. My secret is I started skin care at age 10 because my mother taught me. I contract the muscles in my face when cleansing, applying cosmetics and massaging. If you continually stretch your skin it will increase the condition for wrinkles. I use lots of moisturizer and drink lots of water. My first moisturizer that I remember was very effective was John Robert Powers' Liquid Gold.

Did some digging to find the science behind their Octolift technology. Here's what I found: "The reason that the Hanacure mask is able to provide an immediate lifting and tightening effect is due to one key ingredient in the lifting serum formula: sodium silicate, also known as “liquid glass”. Sodium silicate creates a film that contracts the skin as it dries, creating a temporary lift to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. The results are said to last all day. However, as soon as the product is washed off the effect is gone. One problem with sodium silicate is that it is highly alkaline, which means it has a high pH level. In chemistry, pH stands for “potential hydrogen” and it refers to the level of acidity or alkalinity in a given solution. The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14. A pH of 7 is neutral, a pH less than 7 is acidic, and a pH greater than 7 is alkaline. Since the skin’s normal pH is about 5.5, highly alkaline ingredients like sodium silicate can be damaging to the skin. Another ingredient in the Hanacure mask that provides a temporary tightening effect is caffeine. You’re probably aware that caffeine is the central nervous system (CNS) stimulant found in coffee and tea. But did you know that in addition to the energy-boosting effects gained from consuming caffeine, there are also benefits to applying caffeine to your skin? After caffeine penetrates the skin barrier, it is absorbed by the surrounding blood vessels, which is why it provides several benefits to the skin. Caffeine causes vasoconstriction (constriction of the blood vessels) and stimulates blood flow when applied to the skin. Vasoconstriction can tighten and firm the skin due to the removal of excess fluids and possible stimulation of the lymphatic drainage system. This function also aids in reducing the amount of blood that accumulates under the eyes (a major factor that contributes to dark circles). Even though the effects of caffeine and sodium silicate are temporary, there are a few ingredients in the Hanacure mask gelling solution that may provide long term anti-aging benefits. One of those ingredients is Argireline (acetyl hexapeptide-8). Argireline is a six amino acid peptide and is a fragment of SNAP-25 (a substrate of botulinum toxin). It works by limiting the ability of neurotransmitters to activate movement in your facial muscles, for example, when forming facial expressions such as smiling or frowning. By inhibiting the nerves that cause facial muscles to contract, subtle facial expressions are limited and wrinkles are subsequently reduced. Controlled studies have shown that Argireline improves the appearance of facial areas prone to developing dynamic folds, including around the eyes and in the forehead area. Another anti-aging peptide in the Hanacure mask is copper tripeptide-1, also known as GHK-Cu. According to a 2018 publication in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences, it is established that GHK-Cu is able to tighten loose skin and reverse thinning of age skin, repair protective skin barrier proteins, improve skin firmness, elasticity, and clarity, reduce fine lines and depth of wrinkles, smooth rough skin, reduce dark spots, stimulate wound healing, protect skin from UV radiation, and reduce inflammation and free radical damage. Additional peptides in the Hanacure mask gelling solution include nicotinoyl dipeptide-23 and nicotinoyl dipeptide-22, which both work by controlling melanin. Melanin is a pigment that gives our skin color, but excessive production of melanin can lead to undesirable dark spots called hyperpigmentation. These two peptides in the Hanacure mask control the activation of melanin cells while stabilizing those that are already present, resulting in brighter, more vibrant looking skin. Another ingredient in the Hanacure mask that can help to fade dark spots and improve skin brightness is Nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus) seed extract. Sacred lotus has been shown in studies to have a strong possibility for functioning as a whitening and anti-wrinkle cosmetic agent. Additionally, lotus contains vitamin B complex, vitamin C, antioxidants, and numerous minerals that help nourish the skin and brighten complexion. Lastly, there are several botanical extracts used in the Hanacure mask gelling solution, including green tea leaf extract, honeysuckle flower extract, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, peony root extract, and sophora root extract. While all of these ingredients have different active components, they all work synergistically to help soothe and calm the skin."

Ok my order came today and I just had to comment … again 😊. I purchased the eye shadow trio (the cabana), the eye primer, a brow pencil (grey), and the 3 well blush palette (ballerina rose). I am a warm neutral skin tone with grey hair. The new eye primer formula is a total wowzer, it’s just what I thought it would be. It’s light and creamy and is the perfect product for balancing out the eyelid skin tone. This product is also great for the days I don’t want to wear eye shadow but I want an even tone on the lid, it will brighten my eyes up and I love that. The eyebrow pencil is a great tone for my black eyebrows and it’s soft and easy to blend with the attached brush. I cleaned my eye makeup off on one eyelid and applied my new eyeshadow trio, so I had my Dior shadow on one lid and the Nikol shadow on the other. I have to say I feel they are equally my favs. Ladies do not freak out about the shimmer. Once you apply it and wait a bit it somehow softens down and it gave me the same amount of shimmer as my Dior shadow. I love the colors as well. On to the unexpected wowzer…the 3 well blush palette. So I was literally studying the website and going back and forth looking at Nikol’s videos to decide which color trio to purchase. Ballerina Rose is exactly what I was hoping for, tones that work well with my skin color and there’s another surprise. They smell so lovely and there is a slight shimmer and again it softens once the product sets. 😮 Nikol, I am so in love with all of these items and will be ordering another shadow palette and who knows what else. I am super selective of what I purchase since I live very minimal and I am very happy these products fall in line with my lifestyle. That’s what these products are…a total lifestyle. Simple, well made, affordable & most of all beautifully packaged. GIRL THESE COMPACS ARE AMAZING‼️🫶🏼 I LOVE SUPPORTING YOUR FEMALE RUN BUSINESS ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am 70 and have been using Hanacure since 2018. I have been very curious why I have not seen more influencers demonstrating on their channels. I don't feel at all that it makes my face look aged because it makes your skin very tight, smooth and seamless. It just tightens to a degree that misshapes your features. I kind of think I look more like a monster. I do put it much closer to my eyes and crow feet area than Nikol did, so when your eyes become misshapen, it definitely makes you look very unlike yourself. I smooth the product on very thinly, all the while trying to get as much from the brush onto my skin as possible. I try not to waste a single drop. I put it all over my neck and decollete, because at 70, they show age. I put it under my eyes up to a little less than 1/2" from my bottom eyelid, around the crows feet area, on my eyebrows and about 1/4" onto my upper lids just under my eyebrows. I cover every inch of my face and jawline including my nose, (perhaps a little extra there) so as to cover larger pores. I put it very close to my lips as the skin around that area has developed lines & wrinkles. I keep brushing to ensure every inch is covered in product. Even a thin layer is effective. I put it on my hands also. For my hands I press the product out of the brush as much as possible so it goes further. It mentions in the brochure that you may dry the product with a fan. I absolutely do this (with a paper hand fan) as it seems as though the product does its best work once it is dry. Then I leave it on for 20 minutes, no less, and sometimes a little more. I want to get as much result as possible. After removing the product, I am quite red (light hair, skin and eyes) for about 20-30 minutes. But my skin feels great and looks smoother, more firm and less pigmented. I follow with Hanacure's Nano Emulsion moisturizer, which makes my skin feel SO good. I don't feel like I need more than that. On following days I use more serums and retinols. I use the product once a month. When I use it more frequently, I notice even better results. I would love to use it once a week, all the time. I'm so glad you demonstrated this product Nikol. I think you achieved fabulous results.

The kit consisted of the “aloe lift powder” and the liquid “activator,” which you mixed together and spread on the skin with the included brush. You left it on for about 30 minutes, and it did the exact same thing as the Hanacure. I had a bit of hormonal acne going through menopause. It was a royal pain in the derriere 😅.

I had a Caudalie clay mask that was fantastic. It was a huge professional jar from a cruise ship beauty salon. Probably worth hundreds of dollars. I paid $4 @ a garage sale. I must have taken 3 years to empty the jar.

Oh wow please keep in mind there are expirations on skin care and you don’t want to be using products that are over 6 months to 1 year depending on their PAO.

I tried several years ago. I have sensitive skin (63y.0.) not dry, normal. (am hard core with my skin care regime) I’d say sensitive skin ladies might be extra careful. SOOOOO itchy. Maybe dilute a bit????

As you know after reading the 2 French books “the French beauty solution and ageless beauty the French way” skin care is the most important thing you can do, your esthetician is your best keep secret and friend.

I tried this product today. Face, neck, decolletage (sp) and back of hands. Boy, not kidding got tight. Skin soft, pores look smaller, chest looks nicer. Lots of red spots. Maybe from pulling impurities? I use tretenoine almost nightly. Looks like when I first started using that. I've been using exclusively Nourishmax products for well over a year. I'm thinking time to try something new. My routine Nourishmax petal cleanser in am, Serum Vit c, feruelic acid, hyaluronic and salicylic acid serum, and a hyaluronic moisturizer And their eye cream with hyaluronic acid. Tretenoin in the evening after a cleanse. Skin is still too dry. Purchased elemis cleanser balm And their foaming cleanser, got their night cream by accident (wow 169 retail) Time for a new routine I think. Welcome any feedback. I live in Jupiter FL. I become obsessed about skin care. Videos are great.

You say “pro-aging” is a better term. But the products you discuss here and in other videos use not only the term but the goal of “anti-aging”. I agree with former comment about 1:16 in this video.

I use 7 dollar glycolic acid, 7% acid. I put it on cotton pad and wipe my face with it once a week. This makes me look like a young woman. If I miss it one week my face starts sagging.

Thank you! I have been bitching about the term “Anti-aging”for years! No one listens! In much of the advertising they can at least say “skin preservation “ . And Pro Aging isn’t going to cut it either. I think we need to get together and make some noise and challenge the companies to do better. Seriously, they expect us to accept certain things as the truth (IYKYK) then they can at least ditch the term anti-aging.
