Hi bud! Great video. Did you have any issues with PD on the FX Lion? I am in conversation with both FX Lion and Nikon trying to figure out an issue. I can plug my Z8 into a Mac and the Z8 will show the PD icon and of course charge while on. If I plug the FX Lion into the Z8, I get nothing. The readout on the FX Lion will bounce around (0, 5v, 14v, 13.1v, etc at random numbers) repeatedly. I have two of the FX Lion (Nano Two) and have tried both with the same result. They worked fine for PD on my Z6ii. Just thought I'd ask since it looks like you tested them on your Z8. Thanks!

Yes, I went through this and spoke about this a year ago live on the ig. I also mentioned it in my Z8 videos, and let me say I'm glad I got it all done. I hope Nikon and FX get you settle in and Im glad you contacted them. Cheers~!

Hi,can you please advise me on v mount batteries.My question is;My camera has a 7.2v battery,if I use a v mount battery rated at 14.4 v will that damage my camera.

I can only draw from my experience and I havent had any issue. Just make sure you got the right cables and dont cheap out~! Get good ones

You plug the cable in your Z8 PD slot to your Vmount.
