Really outstanding recipe! It's delicious, easy to make, and relatively healthy. The only thing I do differently is use 3 tsp orange juice instead of half a lemon.

I made this tonight and it was yummy! I tried using a mix of regular flour and some oats, but next time I think I'll grind up some oats and just use oat flour. I love that it doesn't use a lot of sugar. My apples were naturally sweet, so no need for much sugar at all. Thanks!

@John CV 1 packet Mori-Nu silken Tofu extra firm ( take out of box, wrap in dish towel and place in refrigerator to absorb the liquid) an hour is plenty. 1T orange juice 1T tahini 1 t orange zest 1 t vanilla 2 T brown sugar or whatever sweetener you want Pinch of salt Blend ingredients until smooth. Enjoy 👍
