I just made this for the first time and it's already my favorite dessert recipe. For health reasons I used homemade datesirup and I also added spices like cinnamon and kardamom so it gets a little christmassy. Thanks a lot for this video!

Rice syrup is a great alternative sweetener also. You used to be able to get it at Whole Foods but of course when Amazon bought them out they got rid of all products that 90% of people don't buy. I need to find some online now I think about it...thank you for the great videos!!! I'm dying to try your oatmeal hotdogs. Now watching this, loving it, just my kind of yummy food.

Hi, I have some videos on what we ate for breakfast and dinner in a day. I will try and make more in the future. Regarding weight loss. I lost between 60-70lbs eating like you see in my videos. I took me 5 years to loose it all. Thanks for watching:)
@fabumaful5 жыл бұрын
Nini Girl Ⓥ thank you so much for replying! I have about 15 pounds to lose. I am carrying these 15 for years now. It is very frustrating. I don’t eat much fat. I am vegan and I hardly eat any nuts. I hope this diet will help me. I was also wondering if you eat fruit? If yes how much? I saw your breakfast video and there were a little of berries in your oatmeal. I have a sweet tooth and fruit really helps curb my cravings for sweets. If you don’t eat much fruit, what is the reason behind it? I am so sorry to ask you so many questions but you look great and your dishes are very appealing to me! Thank you again!

I've made this recipe with regular flour and sometimes use self rising flour (just leave out the baking powder) and it turns out great. I've used canned pitted cherries and they are good (but a little tart) so add a little more sweetener if use try that.
