Belle recette. À priori facile à réaliser. Avec toujours un ingrédient inconnu du parfait français que je suis.Par contre l’ail brûlé donne un goût âcre...mieux vaut le jeter et en refaire frire doucement.
@NinisCooking5 жыл бұрын

Thanks for sharing this video Nin. I've always wanted to try making my own Dim Sum, and this video makes it look simple. I'll be making some soon.
@NinisCooking5 жыл бұрын
Hi Stephen, it actually is quite simple indeed, just the folding is a bit technical, but after the first few ones, you will get used to it and be able to make your own. Let me know on IG when you make it, I would love to see the result! 😍

Looks so yummy! I think those Dim Sum are called Shau Mai. Just when I traveled in the Philippines a few years ago these are really popular and they always called them Shau mai 👍👍👍. I think they all disappear very quickly once you start eating them 😂
@NinisCooking5 жыл бұрын
😂Yes I don't know why, they indeed disappear very fast... what is that magic ?.....😂 And for the name yes, as I explained in the video description, it originally comes from China, where it is called Shumai/Shu-Mai or Siumai/Siu-Mai. But in Thailand we call it Kanom Jeeb 😜

Yeah if I had my eay, I'd eat dumplings til I could eat no more. Today I had Mun Yee Mien, Cantonese style stir-fry noodles with fish cake, boc choy and chicken, so salty but amazing! I nearly had dumplings though, could've had dim sum too. Extra cooked just means more flavour ^_^ Water chestnuts are soooooooo good. Heeeeey kitchen helper. Even if it's not the prettiest, the taste is what counts. Cuties.
@NinisCooking5 жыл бұрын
Never tried Mun Yee Mien (or at least not with knowing the name^^), but sounds interesting. When they are good and made properly, I love fish cake and fish balls. You should have take dumplings if you had the choice, why didn't you ? Yes I definitely agree, taste is what really matters Eiei 😀

I was actually originally going to have a Satay Chicken Roti Wrap, but got distracted by so many other yummy things. The place where I was (shopping centre) has completely changed since I was last there, lots of very authentic eating places now. Where I had lunch, they gave you a spoon and fork, or chopsticks. I had to ask for a knife, I felt bad about that, but I am terrible with chopsticks and still need to learn the spoon fork technique. Could've even had Koren Fried chicken, which I have had and was amazing, next time. I hope you're having a great day ^_^
@NinisCooking5 жыл бұрын
@@thisdamnthingy I should maybe make a video to explain how we use fork and spoon in Thailand, already thought about it. We don't use knife to eat, and not much chopsticks.
@thisdamnthingy5 жыл бұрын
I think people would enjoy that. I'd certainly take notes. I've done it before, it's just been a while.
