Ninja Kitchen is making a lot of crazy claims about this cookware! Does it live up to the hype? If you liked this video, you might like this Ninja Creami Deluxe Review video, too: • Ninja Creami DELUXE Fr...
Non-stick pans have always been a mixed bag. You have always got the convenience of having pans that were easier to clean, and easier to cook in, but the surface scratched easily, they couldn't go in the oven, non-stick sprays messed them up, they were no good in the dishwasher, and the worst part was that no matter how well you took care of them, the non-stick surface would still wear out within two years. Well you wait might be over. The Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium pans tackle all of those problems and are even safe scrub aggresively, and even use metal utensils and forks in. This set promises to put an end to all your non-stick woes. Watch this video to find out if the Ninja Foodi NeverStick Premium 12-piece set lives up to the claims!

Are there toxic chemicals on these pans? I noticed Ninja doesn't actually advertise that they are free of chemicals, so that makes me wonder.

@Bizzare77777 Here goes what Ninja says about them "Our coating is oven safe to 500°F, free of PFOA, cadmium, and lead, plus metal-utensil and dishwasher safe. Ninja™ Foodi™ NeverStick™ Cookware will NEVER stick, chip, or flake." I still wouldn't use the dishwasher on them though... It tarnishes the stainless bottoms pretty quick.

I'm thinking of buying these over All-Clad copper core cookware. Yeah All Clad is amazing, but it doesn't have the no stick like this it seems, and this is 1/4th the price. Can you speak to how often you use your cookware from Ninja?
@JoesPhenomenal

@SkepticTalk I use mine every day. Mostly the saute pans and smaller pots. Gonna be doing a 6 month follow up on the durability and the nonstick coating pretty soon, but as a preview, they are holding up well for me. I always hand wash though, and for the post part I try not to use to many abrasive utensils on them even though they say it won't hurt them... Doesn't hurt to be a little cautious with that sort of thing, imo.

Been using this same set with the same stove (funny) for 6 months now, and so far, my wife and I have been extremely satisfied and surprised with everything about these pans. The only thing we DON'T do is put them in the dishwasher, use metal utensils or put them in the oven because we don't want to shorten the life of the pans (if we want to transfer a dish to the oven we use cast iron). We're actually going Christmas shopping tomorrow and buying a set for our daughter who is setting up house. Love these pans and would highly recommend them!

I bought this set in September of 2021 and use them everyday. These things really hold up. I have no issue with the non-stick surface, and because it works so well I never have to scrub them. I do use wood and plastic utensils most of the time, but on occasion I'll grab the metal spoon or knife next to me to stir of flip something over and it hasn't scratched any of the surfaces. These things are really the true deal, worth the price!

Great demo! I been wanting to see what it’s like. Those pans look very high quality, and so easy to clean that don’t make sense to put in the dishwasher. But only time will tell it’s real quality. These pans are stark expensive so give it at least a year for an update. Though I confess, that I trust Ninja’s products. So these pots are probably as good as they seem for the long run.

Bought this set at Costco around Christmas. We were loving them initially, until one of the glass lids shattered while cooking rice. The good news is that Ninja honored their 10 year warranty and sent us a new lid and sauce pan the next day at no charge. Upon reading the instructions that came with our replacement sauce pan, it is recommended to tilt the lid when using them in order to vent them (making up for the no vent hole issue you mentioned).

I bet a mini diamond hole saw would fix that issue right up. But on second thought though would most likely instantly void the warranty. I can't understand why Ninja did not add one? All today's quality cookware have them. Even my cheap granitestone set came with vent holes with a stainless ring to protect it from chipping.

I wonder if the bases with time curves like The Rock pans because you rince with water after they heated.
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal Жыл бұрын
You mean warping? I'd say they would.... As far as I've seen, ever pan that gets cold water on it while it's still hot can run that risk. It's all about the expansion and contraction of the metal as it heats and cools. I always try to let them cool down close to room temperature on the stove before I start cleaning them... You can shorten that by making sure you're using hot water, but I just try to stay as safe as possible with that.

I’m considering buying set of either these or the stainless steel version. I’ve an induction hob and my old stainless steel pans heated up real fast, great when boiling pasta or rice. Do these heat up fast or take ages to heat up like my cheap supermarket non-stick pans?
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal 7 ай бұрын
They're not too bad.. Just a few minutes. The stainless versions are just a stainless outer layer, so they perform about the same at the regular version, and not like true stainless stell pans... They looks nice though, and I like how they look a lot better than the others.

Ninja actually makes 2 different lines of cookware, one is called "Essentials" and the other is called "Premium". essentials The essentials are carried at discount stores like Walmart and Target. The only significant difference is the thickness of the aluminum core that forms the base. Essentials core is about 3.3 millimeters thick while the Premium line has a core of 4.5 millimeters. The handles and the coating on the outside of the pan are slightly different but the inside cooking surface appears to be the same material. However the Premium line costs about 33% more than the Essentials because you pay for the thicker base. I bought 2 of the Essential skillets about 6 months ago at Walmart and so far I'm satisfied with these pans, but I never use metal utensils for cooking or abrasives for cleaning.
@JoesPhenomenal
@JoesPhenomenal 4 ай бұрын
I saw those... I felt like the extra thickness on the Premiums was worth the extra cost on the set. Yep... Same nonstick surface with the same warranty. I'd think the Premiums probably have a little better heat retention due to that extra material.

With any metal pot or pan. Always use salt water to clean stuck on food. Put water in pot or pan, bring to a hard boil, using salt. Pour water out and wipe while surface is semi-hot. Should do the trick. Always remember, never use soap on seasoned cookware. If so, repeat seasoning process.

I use only silicone spatulas on my cookware and they agreed to replace 5 pieces and claimed 3 pieces were superficially scratched and not covered. At a cost to me Shipping was $28 and will take a month to be delivered. They have a 10 year warranty but clearly this cookware is no better than most not stick cookware.

It's funny because I never hear anyone mention that in reviews, but they are only designed to be semi nonstick and are safe for nonstick sprays. It's something that even the hexclads people have mentioned in the past. I don't mind using the sprays from time to time if I need to, so it's no biggie to me, but it can be surprising if you're looking for them to perform a certain way and they don't... We called and they will replace but you have to pay shipping. Shipping is the same cost as a new pot. They worked great on lower heat. We never used metal utensils and hand washed we have no dishwasher at all. Now a year and a half all pots and pans are bubbling and the aluminum is corroding under it making white spots when it breaks thru. Don't buy these pots and pans. The warranty is useless.

Well, that sounds terrible. Hopefully they've done something to address that issue. Time will tell, I suppose. Was thinking about doing a 6 month and 1 year update to the reviews on these to show the progress on how they hold up... Have heard a few comments about that bubbling issue. Thanks for the heads up!

Worst set of cookware Ive ever owned. Had the set for just short of 2 years and the nonstick coating is bubbling on all pots and pans. Bottoms are difficult to keep clean. No more Ninja nonstick for me. Back to stainless.

Well that sucks... Yeah the bottoms on those stain pretty easily. We kept the version of those that have the stainless steel exterior, and they have stayed really nice, more like regular stainless pans. As far as the bubbling goes, I've seen a few people complain about that, but we still haven't had any issues like that with any of ours. Did you contact Ninja about that? They're supposed to be guaranteed against that for something like 7 years.

Why would you make that "pizza"

It's just basically a big cheese wisp. The main reason for that in the review is to show the nonstick though. Usually cheese will stick like crazy.

The Ninja Neversticks are designed to be able to handle not using the oil..... But you're right, cooking with oil tastes soooo much better, and it's definitely better for the pans

@@JoesPhenomenal for pancake is fine but for meat or whatever always use oil, this keep the pan from losing its durability.

Who cares what a pan looks like. Does it work? That’s my concern

So far I've been pretty impressed with them. Time will tell, as far as durability goes though! Will probably do a 6 month followup to show how they have held up.
