Another great video Lisa. Your mom is lucky to have you cook for her 🌞👍 Some people say it stays minister to cook it breast side down. I've never tried it but I see people suggest it a lot. If I did this in my Foodi any recommendations? Bake and if so what temp? Thanks. Hi to Aunt Ruth. Stay warm. We've finally cooled down a bit. Made pressure cooked ham and bean soup tonight. It's supposed to get to 88 degrees again for a couple days 🙀

Hi. David! I had to go look lol for the #2 button-I used when I'm making 2 trays of cookies or two pizzas at the same time-it will tell you where to place the racks. I salute you the bird! In all the best ways, of course. That looks as good as the turkey breasts I used to get off my Popeil set it and forget it rotisserie. The best turkey I’ve ever achieved was by sous vide, which of course takes FOREVER. Some of the best chefs say to sear it for 15 minutes at 400 before reducing the temperature to 325. Yeah, that didn’t work for me. Others say pressure cook it in the Foodi and then air fry the outside a few minutes to crisp the skin. Yeah, don’t do that either. I have one of those older style air fryers where you sit the heater lid down over a huge glass bowl and turn it on with a twist timer that click clicks down. That actually does turkey pretty good. But the sum is that there are infinite wrong ways to do a turkey with very few correct ways. I think I give your Meater thermometer as much credit here as the oven, though the temps and times were almost identical.
@pressurecrisp4 жыл бұрын
lol! yeah sous vide is the best-I should give that a try-I haven't tried it yet. The MEATER thermometer deserves a ll the credit-it rally does-just place it correctly and just let the app cook it. Super easy! Thanks. 7heRedBaron!
