Gyration! I'd love to get hold of that Greek seasoning. Yeh a lot of those seasoning mix blends can be ridiculously salty, up to 30% or more of the mix. Chicken is great. It's cheap and easy to work with, but if you want a bit more flavour and texture, use diced lamb. Greek lamb dishes are always superb. One other thing here. A squeeze of lemon juice in the tomato and onion mix or just over the gyro before serving for a bit zest. Cheers Lisa 👍🤤😀

Hi John! You just made it better can't believe I for got the lemon. Me I prefer lamb but it's just not as popular -oh I cooked lamb in the new outdoor oven last night -YUMMY! my brother enjoyed it. What's your address or email me I'l see if I can find it on AMAZON and ship it over.

Yes indeed-arrived Friday visited and played with new oven-today it's raining so my brother is getting a 10 x 10 canopy so I can play with my oven-lol. I think I'm going to try this in the outdoor oven my sister in law wants to try it. Thanks for asking Celle!

The part of the knife in the handle is called the tang, and your knife has a full tang. The 3 stainless dots indicate that the knife is well-made.
