Excellent! I appreciate your clear & concise explanation. When both thin liquid & solid materials are broken off at the level of the aortic arch with the more proximal, supra aortic portion remaining in the esophagus without adequate peristalsis, and even when standing and swallowing thin liquid is it possible this is a biomechanical issue for a patient whose mid-age, normal BMI and has lost the lordosis in their cervical spine resulting in forward leaning posture and slight kyphosis?

Would you do a video on colon slow motility? You cover esophageal motility and many other GI conditions but slow colonic motility is not one of them. Nor is dumping
