@@danielmcneary3947 To be fair, Zelda never really had a very complex storyline. It was always rather simple. I don't think the story was the reason most people loved (and love) Zelda, especially the older games. Link's Awakening is an exception though!

Why do people complain about graphics? 1. This is a portable device. 2. Zelda is not supposed to be extremely detailed (same) every time. 3. Games have never had the purpose for great visuals, they were made for fun, and if you want realism, step outside your front door.

I have so many good memories with this game. I got the limited edition ALBW 3DS for christmas that same year and absolutely lost it, it was like all those videos you see of kids getting a new console as a gift. It took me a while to really finish the game since I was still relatively young and couldn't really wrap my head around puzzle games, but when I went back to it and started over, it was a completely different experience. This game holds such a dear, dear place in my heart, I don't think any other Zelda will ever be able to top it. Not OoT, not BoTW, not even ToTK. ALBW will always be my number one.

I have not played many Zelda's and have only beaten one (Phantom Hourglass), but once I started this game up and played the beginning few minutes of it, I was captivated like with Phantom Hourglass, in fact, even more so. I can't express how amazing this game is so far. I haven't used my 3DS much up until purchasing this and Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story, and I can definitely say, while I do also own a Vita, my 3DS has my heart at the moment lol.

Glad to see that the Power and Wisdom Pendants are no longer gonna be mixed up, That had to be one of the biggest complaints I've ever had over A Link to the Past, the typos in the dialogue boxes from when you first receive them after clearing the Desert Temple and Tower of Hera weren't corrected in the GBA port.

The game was not yet complete. In the early trailers for Skyward Sword Link had the Hylian shield during the early temples. And he could do a Skyward Strike without raising his sword up.

The most important Legend of Zelda since Link to the Past and Link's Awakening. Linearity is gone for good. This game boasts a better story and better gameplay than we've seen in over twenty years with a LoZ game. Zelda Wii U is following in the footsteps of Link Between Worlds, and thank goodness it is. The original NES, Gameboy, and SNES Zelda games will always be the best.

It's so good. Oh my word... Skyward Sword was so awful. Underwhelming music. Plodding, boring dungeons. No secrets. Minimal exploration. It was awful. But this game... Oh, Zelda-- I remember why I loved you. Amazing music. SECRETS GALORE! Tight controls. Fantastic puzzles and dungeons. Even secret mini-dungeons. Fun mini-games. Worthwhile side-quests. Great weapon upgrades. ALBW is Zelda done right.

The overworld only has the thing PLACED the same while the Hyrule's overall geography is different. Music and sound effects have been remade, remixed and whatever else they did and Lorule looks like it's going to be much more different that the original Dark World. Also, all dungeons are different. There are new dungeons, but all the old ones, are changed.

Lost Woods is in the game (same as it was in A Link to the Past). Those other places were never present in the world of A Link to the Past which is what this game is based on (it's a sequel). So it wouldn't make sense to randomly include places from other Zelda games.
