Nolan well, I don’t actually think it’s a joke. It was just a play on the meme the OP posted. But, yeah it’s one of my least favorite Zelda games because it was very accessible and very easy. It’s quite obvious that WW was aimed at a younger audience. Not that Zelda games are that hard, but I prefer the OoT and Twilight Princess darker settings. I like the graphics as it’s made the game almost timeless and will always look good. I hate the ocean and the exploration of it. Going around and fishing up the triforce pieces at the end was tedious and IIRC the final dungeon was pretty much almost empty like the final dungeon in Simons quest. I know the rereleases fixed some of the issues, but I don’t really care to play it again. If I’m going to take the time to replay a game I’ve beaten, WW is at the bottom of the list. All that said, I was mostly joking as I know many people really enjoy the game and that’s fine. Not all games are for everyone. WW is also an entire generations first Zelda game so many people are going to love it despite its flaws the same way I love the original game even though it’s very flawed as well. It being aimed at a younger audience got that entire generation invested in the series. I’m just glad all the games have different things to offer so a lot of people love the series and Legend of Zelda games continue to be made which in the end is the most important thing 🙂

Fun Fact about the Astral Observatory: Whenever the player completes a trial in the Master Sword Trials, they are taken to the room where the Master Sword is held. If you pay close attention to the room you're in, you'll notice that it has the exact same markings as the Astral Observatory you fight Ganon in. Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword kinda did too. The companions spoke and at least one NPC in TP did too. It was gibberish but it was actual recordings of an articulated human voice. I would've actually preferred it if BotW also used a completely made up language (i.e. Hylian). I find the voice acting in BotW pretty bad and to me it breaks the immersion to hear characters in this otherworldly fantasy universe speak Hollywood British.

After analyzing the design of the ancient hero from 10,000 years before BotW, it could it be possible that he was a Zonai who ended up falling for a Gerudo. Our BotW Link has Gerudo designs on his signature Champions Tunic, as well as a weird mix of red, brown, and blonde hair, so could it be that he has the Spirit of the Hero, magical Zonai blood, and my personal theory... the blood of Ganondorf's descendant? Perhaps in BotW 2, the reason the green magic hand binding Ganondorf to his place as his corpse spews Malice reacts to Link, is because of his unique relationship to the magic of someone who was likely his predecesor, and his ancient anscestor and destined foe.

The king's resting place is in the great plato ( plauto, platou? Anyway) 19:18 but my question is, if the king was probably trying to fight or hold of Ganon then he would of been in the Castle, correct? Now I know the plato is rather close to the castle, but it's not that close, he couldn't of just casually walked away from Ganon and the castle and then out of nowhere decide to just die in the plato. So how did he end up dying there? If this could turn into a theory video then I would be chuffed to bits, also if you have already made a video about this or something with this in that I have missed I would love it if somebody could tell me. It's Plateau. That's an interesting question. One theory that might fit is the one about the great plateau and the lost woods switching places.

In the first Zelda game, didn’t Link have to go to certain areas that looked like animals? I’m not sure, but didn’t one look like the very short scene in the trailer of that lion tunnel...thing? I dunno, but I’ve been thinking about it for a while.

A lot of the labyrinths in Zelda1 have faces and fangs, with the player going through their mouths. They’re not animals so much as MASSIVE gargoyles (and maybe what inspired the design for the Cave of Wonders in Aladdin? Idk. That’s just what they look like to me.) But other titles had Literal Animals serve as labyrinths-JabuJabu in two separate games, Turtle Rock (I dunno how it is in LttP? But you outright de-petrify it to then decapitate it in LA, which always made me sad), and Catfish’s Maw in LA (although they nixed it being an Actual Captured Catfish in the remake, which I was honestly hoping to see it thrash in its pool a bit, but whatever). There might be more But yeah, the first Zelda1 is only a dead tree (albeit a tree with a face), while the others are HUGE gargoyles, save for draining a lake, burning a bush, and blowing up a rock wall to then go fight Ganon

i have a theory that the next link will be a gerudo, since a side character says that one day she will name her child after link, if she has one (i would imagine she's actually referencing how few male gerudo are born) I know this was just a throwaway line, but it would be cool to be a race other than hyrulian in the next game in the timeline after botw 2.
