Almost every boxer has that, since they reused the basic body shape to save space on the cartridge. Glass Joe & Don Flamenco, von Kaiser & Great Tiger, Piston Honda & Mike Tyson (!), Bald Bull & Mr. Sandman, Soda Popinski & Super Macho Man - you will find that all of these pairing have the same body and often due to that very similar moves. The only Mike Tyson's Punchout boxer with an unique shape is King Hippo. They also used the same principle on Super Punchout by the way, where Bald Bull and Mr. Sandman again share the same body type.
