Since few years i have stopped purchasing normal lip balms, i invest in spf ones and use them both AM and PM, for pigmentation i tried minimalist lip treatment but results were not so magical I'd say, it did even tone my lips but i guess the little outline pigmentation is genetic related, doesn't bother me too much

You probably have a low Hb ... Get it checked , if it is low, then start with iron rich foods and supplements .. hope that helps😊
