জানোতো দি আমার না বরাবরই হালকা সাদামাটা রান্না করা খাবারই পছন্দ.. তেল ভাসা মশলাদার খাবার একদম ভালো লাগে না.. তাই weight lose এ তুমি যেসব খাবার দেখাচ্ছ প্রতিটাই আমার খুব ভালো লাগছে.. জীবনে সুস্থ্য থাকাটা সবথেকে important👍

বনু জানো .... তোমার দেওয়া diet গুলো follow করছি গো।‌weight টা stuck হয়ে গেছে।‌ আগে dietician দেখিয়ে প্রায় 20 kg loose করেছি। তখন আমার ওজন 112 kg ছিল। এখন আর সেভাবে হচ্ছে না গো। 😔
