His smile at the end is real. And for an instant I think he was happy in his heart. I understand, Kurt. The music business is brutal. You give and give and give, and sometimes you will find others out there that will, too. But so many others just take. Makes it really hard to just play loud and have fun. I pray you are in a good place. I hate heroin more than anything else on Earth.

Trying to explain the aura Kurt had on a generation of outcasts and misfits in the 90s is impossible. After his death, many people including my Brother felt hopeless and followed him in Death. He had a magnetic soul that had the ability after such a short time in the spotlight to completely draw you in. The raw pain he portrayed through his music was haunting and completely defined a generation. I always think of how Christ 2000 years ago touched the masses and can't help but draw a comparison to the effect he had on the masses in the 90s. He was a special human being and we were so lucky to get to experience him and witness the beautiful person he was.

What I love and notice about Kurt in general is that he sometimes mumbles the lyrics and his guitar playing was imperfect which is what made Nirvana, well, Nirvana. Nirvana is a place of perfect peace and happiness, like heaven. In Hinduism and Buddhism, nirvana is the highest state that someone can attain, a state of enlightenment, meaning a person's individual desires and suffering go away
