He's neither creative nor exceptionally skilled so to call him one of the greatest is absurd, although he does have a ton of energy which is perfect for Nirvana. Also, he took many of the drum parts on Nevermind from Chad Channing (In Bloom) and he even said to Pharrell Williams that he's a basic drummer and that he stole so many parts from The Gap Band, Cameo, and Tony Thompson.

I think the lyrics in this live version are different from the studio, but the studio versions lyrics are simple but still profound. Famfly Nirvana was classified as "grunge" by the media, along with the other popular seattle bands that came out at that time with a similar sound such as Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, and Soundgarden. But what is Grunge? Such a stupid term. When I listen to these bands I hear heavy riffs, solo's and blaring vocals. This is metal, with punk influence.

I still believe the term "grunge" is stupid, because it was only labeled towards the first wave of bands to come from seattle, whereas bands like the Foo fighters or Creed were credited as "post grunge".
