@@jalamela2607 yep. This performance motivated me to get a guitar and take lessons when I was 12..now in my 40s and still play every single day. I love that they did Meat Puppet covers and had them on. I think it's just that this was the first time I saw it in high definition and noticed the quarter

I'm am 41 years old and Nirvana got me through my teen years. Unplugged is by far their greatest album and performance. My son is 11 and learning guitar and all he wants to learn are Nirvana songs. It's cool hearing him and his guitar teacher(who's in his late 20's) talk about and play this music I love so much!

@@mr.hedgehog420 and that kid was not abandoned, they had people that helped take care of it and a family that supported them. The kid was not left to fend for itself and probably lives comfortably. Sucks we don't have Kurt around but he was a bitter person at times it seemed and in todays time I think he would have become hateful bc of all the bullshit, superficial nonsense that is entertainment now. He's one of those artists that I sort of am glad burned out bright and young so he's memorialized in that image, it's what makes people love him so much, we never saw him fall off.

I feel the same way. I’m only 20, and I was born years before he died, but reading his diary entries and listening to his music brings some sort of strong connection to me. I understand his depression and the way that he felt about himself. Maybe it’s weird but it’s almost refreshing for there to have been someone who was so famous and loved that had the same issues as I do.
