Hi Nisha. I made this recipe few years back for a school event . International food festival and my son represented the country India. To my surprise , the whole box of chips disappeared within minutes of opening . All the children were aged between 8 to 11 years . I didn’t know what to cook as all the children except few were British . So I couldn’t make anything spicy. Hence chose this chips. It was a sooper dopper hit. Though it’s quite a lot of work to make this . In the end I was so pleased that all the children loved it . Thank you from the bottom of my heart . ❤from London
