Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp sprouted ragi flour
1/4 cup + 1 cup water
a small piece of cinnamon or cinnamon powder
7 - 8 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 soft medjool dates or as needed

I just made this. I had all the ingredients except for mejdool dates so improvised with gor. Unbelievably 😋😋 tasty. I’m feeling happy knowing it’s a healthy drink too! 😍😎😎😎

too many ingredients. It raised the question whether Ragi flour is really required in it? Rest of the things will give good effect by themselves. almond are the costliest, can one try with groundnuts?

Hello, nice recipe, but i have read many articles online that have said that blending fruit in a smoothie releases the natural sugar in fruit which leads to a spike in sugar levels in our blood stream, in contrast to eating the whole fruit. You have also added dates, do you think this smoothie will have a high sugar content?
