Mawa ko ap flame pe 8-10 minute ke liye roast kar le jab tak mawa ka color thoda sa dark na hojaye. But dhayan rakhe ki hume mawa roast nahi karna hai Mallika Das and try using soft mawa kyu ki iss roast karne me zayada time nai lagta.
