ceili only a small amount is required on the contact points shims.

Im sure he just hand tighten them. If you want the torque value its 22 - 32 Nm (2.2 - 3.3 kg/m or 16 - 23 ft/lb) nissan recommends.

He did half cheap job on changing brake. Rotor and pads must replace at same time. He forgot inspect the caliper pin, brake retainer clip, caliper piston, and rubber boot. If there corrosion or wear, it should be replace. Don't really need to put lock tite on caliper bolt.

Nonsense!..You certainly don't have to replace disks as well as pads. Only if they are badly worn. The rest of comment is cr*p too by the way!
