Nissan Gloria is Near Completion! + How to Build 3 Piece Wheels

My JDM Nissan Gloria Y32 restoration project has come a long way in the past few months. The project car finally gets the rear glass installed plus non cracked JDM tail lights. We celebrate Nates bday with some RC drifting at the skatepark. Later Andrew teaches us his methods to building or rebuilding three piece wheels. It was a great experience learning how to rebuild 3 piece wheels.

Man, there are so many things to comment on about this video. But first happy birthday, Nate! I'm a sucker for older nissan cars. Z's, G's and R's, Gloria and many more, just all such good looking cars. All 3 sedans were looking good, did you guys set the cars up next to each other and get some pictures of all 3? The wheels are looking sick and so much more. Excited for the 240sx, praying for a smooth pull. And I'm so hyped to see the z get completed, will be sad to see less of each car as a different one comes into focus. Got more to comment on but I'll leave it at that. You have given me more and more inspiration to work on my 240SX. It is a 1991 se hatchback white just like yours everything all original with 322,000 miles and very good condition for the amount of miles it has. I picked it up from an older guy in Texas for $3, 000. 100% worth the 10-hour drive. My plan is to put an RB20 in it I've just been struggling with a workspace and money but I'm not going to give up on it! I'm excited to see the dent taken out of the 240 and soon paint job and videos like these hanging out with all the friends

holy shit instant sub. The video before this one already taught me a couple things about my Y33 (possibly) and even if I run into a trunk latch situation, that video taught me at least a couple diagnosing methods. Love the Y32 and lowkey wish I had one but I still love the Y33 and got lucky with finding and purchasing it. Imma be looking out for the videos my guy

Watching further around 10:00 I also realized what I learned when I got the car. The R32 and the Y32&Y33 Glorias share some things almost identically. The shape of the trunk for both Y chassis is super similar, I actually put an R32 GTR spoiler on my Y33 since there arent many spoilers and more so lips. The windows I believe are the same including the windshield but I didnt see anything about the rear window, and some inner trim pieces too. Y32 and Y33 Glorias can use the R32 GTR brake system including the ATTESA E-TS but that takes a bit more work but RS Yamamoto in Hyper Rev Cedric/Gloria did it. Super similar cars

If they were 8j et30 you’ll get 9j et 17 Minus half the extra width in mm from the original offset. This is because offset is measured from the centre of the wheel and you only added width to one side. So the centre point only moved half of the total width you added
