Nitro is a pain in the ass to learn but once you do, it's fantastic. more tunable, more visceral, between the smoke the feeling of reverberation you get in your chest as it wizz's by giving you that audible feedback clearly telling what the car is doing and, it can run indefinitely. And if you're a gearhead working on the engine is an entire hobby in itself. Batteries will always be a pain in the ass, charging batteries sucks, changing batteries sucks, more often then not too much bottom end and power, one pack is always different from the others, WAY more expensive and it's just boring in comparison (no noise, smoke, feeling). Batteries only positive is that they're great for beginners, short races and just messing around.

Right building motors is a lot of fun I have a 3.3 t maxx I love my truck it’s awesome basher. But it can’t keep up with my electric proline 2wd car . I can have 5200mah 2s lipo and beat the living poop out of proline 2wd and it will last me about 20 to 30mins at least. With a dual charger I can get two of these battery fully charge and have over hour of runtime. VS my T maxx I have to run it for awhile to warm up and then be able to bash then wait 15 mins to let the engine cool. Then adjust carbs. Then add fuel. Then pull start it then drive it. If it’s hot outside I have to wait longer for the motor to cool. With full tank get 10 mins of run times. Then carrying all the nitro crap is a pain.

I think this has been settled by traction rather than power. The E car has double, maybe even triple the amount of contact to the surface and can hold contact longer because of the increased amount of travel on the dampers. Great fun though!

Nitro is by far more fun, however, electric is a great way to learn. I myself have a Traxxas Nitro Sport w/ 3.3, a Traxxas Jato 3.3, and a Kyosho Inferno (Nitro).

Hey bro, cool video but your supposed to first break in your engine because when an engine is new the piston is not moving against the sleeve perfectly so you have to make the piston and sleeve mate togethor perfectly. If you dont break it in your engine will not last long. Go search up on youtube how to break in nitro engine. You have to break in your engine. 👍
